Copy-only PR. No backend, services or ingest code (EDI ingest is #3466's area).

Audit: "RegEngine redesign status" (https://cursor.com/canvas/store-3c972940-4f24-4cb2-b664-b968e483af32/90e085ff-d4fb-4545-b961-832b0743b876) found 40 of 65 live pages with em or en dashes, and EPCIS/EDI/SFTP/webhooks named as live ingest on home, trust and pricing. The audit has no per-page list, so the page list here comes from a fresh scan of the live sitemap (39 pages had rendered dashes), plus /integrations.

1. Dashes removed (rewritten as commas, periods, colons, parentheses, or "to" for ranges)

Blog: /blog plus 9 posts (food-traceability-software, fsma-204-mid-market-guide, regengine-vs-spreadsheets-traceability, fsma-204-compliance-guide, fda-food-traceability-requirements, fsma-204-traceability-lot-codes, fsma-204-cte-kde-guide, 24-hour-rule, fsma-204-compliance-checklist-2026). Docs: /docs, walkthrough, api, changelog, sdks, authentication. Marketing: /, /fsma-204, /case-studies, /trust, /trust/support, /trust/retention, /trust/architecture, /why-regengine, /walkthrough, /proof, /proof/transformation, /compare/{tracegains,repositrak,foodlogiq}, /about, /privacy, /pricing, /demo, /supplier-compliance, /dpa, /terms, /developers, /contact, /integrations.
Dashes left: code comments, a stat-tile empty placeholder, and verify: FAILED — on /proof (it quotes the real output of public/sdk/verify_chain.py).

2. Live channel wording (only CSV upload and the JSON events API read as live)

  • Home hero: "Ingest supply-chain data through webhooks, CSV, EPCIS, or EDI." → "Ingest supply-chain data through CSV upload or the JSON events API. EPCIS 2.0 is in Preview." The evidence card and workflow step were changed the same way.
  • Pricing: "native API, webhook, CSV/SFTP import, or custom-scoped implementation" → "CSV upload, the JSON events API, or custom-scoped implementation. EPCIS 2.0 is in Preview." "EPCIS 2.0 support" → "EPCIS 2.0 export".
  • Integrations and trust (shared lib/customer-readiness.ts registry): "Webhook ingestion (inbound)" → "JSON events API (inbound)". The EPCIS row shows export, with EPCIS ingest labeled Preview. "CSV / SFTP Import" → "CSV Import". Meta, OG and hero copy match. The EDI 856 row is deleted.
  • Trust: CSV/SFTP onboarding → CSV upload. Architecture data flow: "CSV upload, webhook, or EPCIS" → "CSV upload or the JSON events API", with EPCIS 2.0 in Preview.
  • The homepage test assertion was updated to the new hero copy.

Not changed (follow-up)

/why-regengine webhook claims were reworded (outbound FDA recall/enforcement alerts only). The whole frontend, including the compare pages, /developers and the docs, was checked for intake claims: only CSV upload and the JSON events API are presented as live. EPCIS export claims and XLSX upload (which the code supports) were kept. The registry change also shows up on /dashboard/integrations.

Checks (local)

lint, tsc, build, trust-safety copy and api-host checks all pass. In vitest, page tests pass (289). The 44 analytics/PostHog failures also fail on unmodified main locally. promise:audit can't run locally because the SSD path has a space; CI runs it.

Reviewer: VS Code Muse.

Note

Low Risk
Display and marketing copy changes only, with shared empty-state constants and updated test assertions; no security, auth, or core ingest behavior changes in this diff.

Overview
This PR is copy and positioning only: it rewrites public and in-app text so live data intake is described as CSV upload and the JSON events API, with EPCIS 2.0 ingest labeled Preview (export wording kept where appropriate). The home hero, pricing, integrations/trust registry, compare pages, buyer-programs, and docs-adjacent strings are brought in line, and broad em/en dash cleanup swaps dashes for commas, colons, pipes in titles, and plainer punctuation across marketing, blog, dashboard, and proxy log/comment strings.

It also introduces lib/empty-values.ts (NOT_SET, NO_DATA_YET) and uses those placeholders instead of bare — in several tables and metrics (e.g. audit, issues, receiving, compliance heartbeat). Tests were updated for the new homepage hero and EPCIS upload error fallback (EPCIS upload (Preview) failed). No ingest or auth logic changes beyond user-visible labels and error strings; stored location_name on receiving remains unchanged per the PR notes.

Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 012295a. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo. Configure here.

Replaces #3470 (whose commit subject failed the Conventional Commits check), with the same diff and a reworded commit, so no force push was needed.

Update: commit bf15a06 (addresses VS Code Muse review 5624014080)

  • Live-channel copy: the developers card is now "JSON events API" (was "Webhook Ingestion"). buyer-programs: "CSV upload, JSON events API (EPCIS export)". customer-readiness: the EDI 856 sample mapping row was replaced. The compliance badge now reads EPCIS 2.0 export. Compare pages, /why-regengine, /docs/walkthrough and /docs/authentication no longer imply webhook, EPCIS or EDI intake is live.
  • Dashes: removed from all public and app copy under frontend/src/{app,components,lib}, including pricing, fsma/, fsma-204/[cte], proof/recall-drill, sandbox, docs/, verify, layout, sitemap, ftl-data, readiness-assessment, and —/\u2014 entities. Titles now use "X | RegEngine". What's left: code comments, verify: FAILED — (it quotes verify_chain.py), bare '—' empty-value placeholders, and app/ingest/page.tsx (held for a product decision).
  • fsma-204 seafood: now cites §1.1335 (first land-based receiver, checked against eCFR), not §1.1330.
  • Behavior notes:
    • The customer-readiness registry changes (epcis is no longer implemented) drop the dashboard's live-API count (app/dashboard/integrations/page.tsx, liveApiCount) by one.
    • API error message strings and server log strings lost their dashes.
    • (Reverted in 1def263) dashboard/receiving location_name keeps the original em-dash format.
  • Done in 1def263 (was pending): per C.Lee's 9:50 PM PT decision, EPCIS intake is labeled "Preview" sitewide (home, pricing, integrations, trust/architecture, customer-readiness registry, docs/walkthrough, docs/authentication, product, fsma/integration, dashboard settings). The EPCIS upload screen is kept; app/ingest/page.tsx and lib/epcis-upload.ts got label text only (Preview badge, error fallback "EPCIS upload (Preview) failed"), no logic change. The ingest/page.tsx:424 dash is fixed. CSV upload and the JSON events API remain the only live channels; EDI, SFTP and webhooks stay on the roadmap; EPCIS export wording unchanged. The dashboard/receiving location_name format is reverted to the original "Receiving Dock — {supplier}" (stored value, so no data format change).

Closes SEL-406 (https://linear.app/sellers01/issue/SEL-406/ux-home-trust-pricing-integrations-name-epcis-edi-and-sftp-as-live): home, trust, pricing and integrations (and the shared customer-readiness registry) now list only CSV upload and the JSON events API as live; EPCIS intake is Preview; EDI and SFTP are roadmap. Remaining EPCIS mentions on those pages are export only. Dash work on those pages beyond this PR belongs to SEL-407.

Needs C.Lee confirmation

  • Webhook wording ("Outbound webhooks for FDA recall/enforcement alerts (enabled by RegEngine)", Custom Webhooks "Preview / contact us", customer-managed webhooks planned)
  • The EPCIS intake "Preview" label

Round 3 (5f46c5b): review fixes from Muse, Antigravity, Visual Designer, Product Designer

  • Live intake everywhere in frontend/src: CSV upload and the JSON events API only. EPCIS 2.0 ingest labeled Preview. EDI and SFTP roadmap clauses removed from home, integrations, pricing, trust, trust/architecture, docs/walkthrough and the customer-readiness registry (edi-856 row deleted).
  • /why-regengine: "Outbound webhooks for FDA recall/enforcement alerts (enabled by RegEngine)"; compliance alerts and "every feature has an API" marked roadmap; :135 names only the two live paths.
  • Settings: Custom Webhooks "Preview / contact us"; EPCIS 2.0 Gateway "Preview". docs/webhooks says customer-managed webhooks are planned.
  • Integrations mapping: EDI-style option removed, "EPCIS (Preview)". Proof tamper line reworded. Recall report demo timeline: "Pending" and "Retailer EPCIS Notification (Preview)". Logic dashes at recall-report:127/489 untouched.
  • Empty values: new lib/empty-values.ts (NOT_SET "Not set", NO_DATA_YET "No data yet") across ~20 sites; real zeros stay 0. Next-step links not added yet.
  • EPCIS export kept as live: shipped API endpoint GET /api/v1/fsma/compliance/export/epcis (services/graph/app/routers/fsma/compliance.py:194) with tests; no in-app UI calls it.
  • Receiving: location_name "Receiving Dock — {supplier}" left exactly as stored. It is only sent in the ingest payload and never rendered, so no display-time change was possible without touching stored data. Skipped.

Round 4 (c774c4b)

  • buyer-programs: "EDI 856 / ASN mapping is on the roadmap" removed.
  • Visual Designer: heartbeat chain-integrity tile shows "No data yet" (shared constant). Recall report: an empty grade shows "No data yet" through a display-only value. The logic sentinels (grade === '—', overallGrade !== '—') still compare against the literal dash. The hardcoded demo timeline with named suppliers is removed, because the report API has no timeline field. It now shows an empty state: "No recall timeline yet."
  • Em/en dashes removed from code comments in files this PR touches. The pricing page is excluded because SEL-407 owns its dashes. String literals are not changed.
  • "Webhook API" record-source label: not changed in this PR, per C.Lee's 11:42 PM PT instruction.
  • EPCIS lines checked. All of these are about export, which has shipped, so none are labeled: pricing:101, compliance:260, integrations:55, buyer-programs:140 (parenthetical export), developers:46, proof:13/17/47/52. fsma/integration:72 is a heading covering both directions, and its body (:74) already labels upload as Preview. No intake mention was missing a Preview label.

Known item

dashboard/receiving (around line 248) saves location_name: 'Receiving Dock — {supplier}' as the facility name, and it is left unchanged on purpose. It is stored in fsma.cte_events.location_name and feeds batch dedup (webhook_router_v2/routes.py:167), the hash chain (cte_persistence/hashing.py:180) and FDA/EPCIS exports (fda_export/queries.py, epcis_export.py:58,355). Changing it would split new records from old ones and change what goes into FDA exports. Removing the dash needs a separate PR with a data plan and C.Lee's approval.

… API as live

📝 Walkthrough

The pull request updates frontend descriptions of current intake options and integration status. CSV upload and the JSON events API are described as current intake, while EPCIS intake is marked as in Preview. Several pages also update EDI, SFTP, and customer-managed webhook availability descriptions. Shared placeholders replace selected em-dash fallbacks for missing values. The pull request also revises regulatory explanations, labels, metadata, and punctuation across frontend pages and application interfaces.

Review of 61bf990 (COMMENT, not approval). Findings below.

1. Wording. The replacements read naturally. Ranges are written as "2 to 3", parentheticals are used where dashes were, and the label-colon pattern is consistent. Nits:

  • app/fsma-204/page.tsx (seafood CTE item, the "Per §1.1330: record when seafood…" line): this is not new, but the section is wrong. First land-based receiving is §1.1335, as cte-kde-guide and fsma-tools-data say. A colon also now follows the citation, so the sentence reads oddly.
  • app/privacy/page.tsx (~L347-350): </a> followed by a newline and ". You'll hear…". JSX should render this as "link. You'll", but please confirm it in the preview.

2. Live-intake claims that remain outside the diff (blocking for the stated goal):

  • app/developers/page.tsx:29-31: the capability card still says "Webhook Ingestion" with the Webhook icon. Rename it to "JSON events API" to match the rest of the PR.
  • app/buyer-programs/page.tsx:140: "• EPCIS/CSV where enabled" implies EPCIS intake. Suggest "CSV upload, JSON events API (EPCIS export)".
  • app/buyer-programs/page.tsx:89: "EDI 856 / ASN mapping is scoped work" reads as available on request. Suggest "is on the roadmap".
  • lib/customer-readiness.ts:489: the sample mapping row source: 'EDI 856 ASN' shows EDI as a live mapping source in the integrations demo.
  • app/compliance/page.tsx:260: the EPCIS 2.0 badge. Check whether its context means export (fine) or intake.
  • Product question: app/ingest/page.tsx and lib/epcis-upload.ts still ship a working EPCIS JSON/XML upload UI that posts to /api/v1/epcis/events*. If that is reachable in the app, "EPCIS intake is on the roadmap" contradicts the product. Either gate or hide that UI, or soften the copy to something like "EPCIS ingest is in preview".
  • The API docs and OpenAPI (Webhook Ingestion tag, X-Webhook-Signature, webhooks.ingest scope) are real endpoint names, so leaving them is fine.

3. Stray dashes. About 233 non-comment em/en dashes remain under frontend/src/app|components|lib, beyond the two intentional ones. Many are on public pages, for example app/developers/compliance-verticals/page.tsx:37, app/pricing/page.tsx, app/fsma/*, app/fsma-204/[cte]/page.tsx, app/proof/recall-drill/page.tsx, app/sandbox/*, app/docs/{errors,rate-limits,fsma-204,connectors/inflow-lab}, app/verify/page.tsx, app/layout.tsx, app/sitemap.ts, and components/fsma/readiness-assessment.tsx:43-62,442 (including the FTL names in lib/ftl-data.ts:149-173). Some '—' values are empty-cell placeholders (lib/utils.ts:39, app/remediation/page.tsx:80,267,292,301) and probably count as the intentional placeholder. If this PR is meant to cover only the marketing pages, say so in the description and file a follow-up for the rest. Otherwise it's incomplete. Reproduce with: rg -n '[—–]' frontend/src/{app,components,lib} -g '!**/__tests__/**' | rg -v ':\s*(\*|//|/\*)'.

4. Copy only? Mostly yes. The exception is lib/customer-readiness.ts, which changes registry data and not just strings:

  • webhooks and inflow-lab: delivery_mode goes from webhook to native_api.
  • epcis: status/delivery_mode/integration_type goes from implemented/native_api/standards_based to export_supported/export_only/one_way_export.
  • edi-856: status goes from pilot to preparation.

All of these are valid union members, but app/dashboard/integrations/page.tsx:234 (liveApiCount = status === 'implemented') will now count one fewer live API. That's intended, but it is a behavior change, so please note it in the PR description. The homepage.test.tsx regex update matches the new copy. No other logic changed.

5. CI. At review time it was still running: PR Gate Frontend, Unit Tests, Lint & Format, Build, CodeQL, Semgrep, E2E and others were in progress. Backend and fast gates were green. Don't merge until CI is green.

Verdict: changes requested (non-blocking COMMENT). Fix the item-2 claims (developers card, buyer-programs, EDI sample row, and decide on the /ingest EPCIS UI), and settle the dash scope.

Restore the signed webhook classification.

POST /api/v1/webhooks/ingest verifies a webhook signature. The readiness registry and integrations page now present it as a native JSON API. Integrators can omit the required webhook signature and receive rejected requests.

Restore the webhook delivery mode and the corresponding public wording for both the inbound entry and Inflow Lab.

Update the inbound webhook entry and Inflow Lab in the readiness registry to use
the webhook delivery classification and webhook-specific public wording, rather

🟡 Minor · Make the onboarding claim match the CSV upload result. · page.tsx:36-39

frontend/src/app/compare/foodlogiq/page.tsx:36-39
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Make the onboarding claim match the CSV upload result.

The upload can evaluate accepted events, but that evaluation is best effort and its summary is not returned to the frontend. The UI shows only accepted/rejected rows and KDE warnings. A CSV without a resolvable CTE can also fail with 400 before evaluation. A first upload can therefore produce no readiness answer.

Suggested fix

Delta review 61bf990→b75c249a (read-only, COMMENT): earlier findings are mostly fixed; a few follow-ups remain.

Verified fixed

  • Live-channel claims removed: /developers now says "JSON events API", and customer-readiness:328 marks EDI as roadmap. The map_case_005 sample source change (customer-readiness.ts:489) only touches sample data.
  • Dashes removed from user copy. The remaining — are empty-value placeholders, and some of them are logic sentinels (recall-report:127,489 grade === '—'; keep these). The rest are comments, sample CLI output (proof:215) or data (receiving:247).
  • receiving location_name restored (receiving/page.tsx:247 unchanged). Only display text at :642 changed.
  • §1.1335 cite is consistent (fsma-204/[cte]:243, fsma-tools-data:110, fsma/integration).
  • EPCIS intake now reads as Preview sitewide: home page.tsx:207, product:109, ingest:598, customer-readiness:318, docs/walkthrough:211, docs/authentication:137 and epcis-upload.ts:125, with tests updated (epcis-upload.test.ts:85 and the homepage test).
  • The registry/liveApiCount note is in the body (dashboard/integrations:234 counts status==='implemented').
  • Copy vs logic: the delta is strings, comments and an icon swap only (Webhook→Braces). I found no logic changes.

(a) API and log strings. Meaning is preserved ('—' became ';', ':' or '. '; e.g. "Unauthorized: no valid credentials provided", "Backend not configured. Contact support"). No tests or clients match the old strings: compliance-proxy-not-configured.test.ts matches the code backend_not_configured. Only the historical docs/qa/2026-10-02 artifacts contain the old text. OK.

(b) "Event webhooks for recall triggers" (why-regengine:393, 401, 733). An outbound sender does exist: services/scheduler/app/notifications.py:140 WebhookNotifier, with retries, an outbox and signing via services/shared/webhook_security.py:99. It sends FDA recall/enforcement items to operator-configured WEBHOOK_URLS (scheduler config.py:81). The recall part of the claim is backed. These parts are not:

  • "compliance alerts" (:401)
  • "Every feature in RegEngine has an API… Webhooks for real-time events" (:393)

Suggested wording: "Outbound webhooks for FDA recall/enforcement alerts (enabled by RegEngine)". Drop "every feature" and "compliance alerts", or mark them roadmap.

(c) Custom Webhooks. dashboard/settings/page.tsx:51 says status: 'available', while docs/webhooks/page.tsx:5-9, :54 says planned. In the code, delivery is operator-configured (env WEBHOOK_URLS; tenant_settings_routes.py:116 stores webhook_url), and I found no tenant self-serve endpoint management UI or API. Recommendation:

  • settings should show Preview / contact us, not available;
  • docs should say tenant-managed webhooks are planned, while recall/enforcement alerts can be enabled on request.

Other

  • PR body line 12 ("EPCIS row is now export only, with ingest on the roadmap") contradicts line 55 (Preview). Line 17, which lists claims remaining on /developers and /why-regengine, is stale.
  • Optional: "Webhook Ingestion" naming (lib/public-openapi.ts:39,47,87,119; DataImportClient.tsx:607) describes the inbound POST /api/v1/webhooks/ingest. It's accurate but easy to confuse with outbound webhooks.
  • CI when reviewed: 39 passed, 10 skipped, Bugbot neutral. Semgrep is in progress and 7 checks are queued, including the CI Status Gate. Re-check before merge.

Link the EPCIS Preview step to the Ingest page.

This entry tells readers to use EPCIS Preview on the Ingest page, but its href opens Inflow Lab documentation. Point the entry to /ingest so readers can find the EPCIS file selector. As per path instructions, “focus on correctness, data loss, and security.”

Show a measured zero for KDE completeness.

When kde_completeness_percent is 0, the condition at Line 181 selects NO_DATA_YET. The dashboard then describes a measured 0% KDE result as missing data. Check for null or undefined instead, and render 0% when the API returns zero. As per path instructions, “Flag UI that hides, rounds, or drops KDE/CTE fields or lot codes in traceability views and CSV/FDA exports.”

Remove the XLSX upload claim or implement XLSX intake.

The changed subtitle advertises XLSX upload, but handleFileChange rejects every extension except .csv, and the file selector accepts CSV only. Users who bring an XLSX file cannot use the advertised path. Align this copy, the Data Import Hub metadata, and the related-tool descriptions with the supported upload format; alternatively, implement XLSX handling. As per path instructions, “focus on correctness, data loss, and security.”

Verdict: CHANGES REQUESTED. I'm posting this as a comment because GitHub doesn't let the PR author's account request changes.

Re-review at 5f46c5b. Most of the earlier fixes landed: the EDI badge and option are gone, the NOT_SET / NO_DATA_YET constants exist, the recall timeline says Pending, EPCIS is labeled Preview on Ingest, and the roadmap clauses are removed from home, integrations, pricing and trust. A few items are still open.

Blocking:

  1. frontend/src/app/dashboard/receiving/page.tsx:248 Receiving Dock — ${session.supplier} -> Receiving Dock: ${session.supplier}. The receiving page doesn't render location_name, but it is sent as event data and then shows up in records, trace and FDA exports. So the dash does reach users.
  2. frontend/src/app/buyer-programs/page.tsx:89 "EDI 856 / ASN mapping is on the roadmap": delete the sentence. The rule is no EDI/SFTP mentions at all.
  3. frontend/src/app/dashboard/heartbeat/page.tsx:684 : '—' -> : NO_DATA_YET.
  4. frontend/src/app/dashboard/recall-report/page.tsx:183 ?? '—' -> ?? NO_DATA_YET, and update the checks at :128 and :490 to compare against NO_DATA_YET.
  5. EPCIS without a Preview label on changed public pages. Add " (Preview)" after the EPCIS term in: pricing/page.tsx:101 ('EPCIS 2.0 export'), compliance/page.tsx:260 (badge), integrations/page.tsx:55 (eyebrow 'EPCIS export'), buyer-programs/page.tsx:140, developers/page.tsx:46, fsma/integration/page.tsx:72 ('API & EPCIS 2.0'), proof/page.tsx:13,17,47,52, case-studies/page.tsx:456, dashboard/compliance/page.tsx:628, dashboard/export-jobs/page.tsx:169, dashboard/recall-drills/page.tsx:146.
  6. frontend/src/app/dashboard/recall-report/page.tsx:115-117 is a hardcoded timeline with named suppliers (Salinas Valley Farms, Pacific Coast Growers, FreshCut Processing) and fixed times. That breaks the real-data-only rule. Render it from report data, or show NO_DATA_YET when there is no report.

Non-blocking, but the rule is no dashes anywhere in changed files. Comment dashes are still at: dashboard/notifications:239, recall-report:157,239, settings:231, onboarding/setup/facility:72,75, requests:274, verify:134, lib/auth-context.tsx:99. Replace them with a colon or a period.

Blog EPCIS mentions are educational about the standard, so I'm OK leaving them as they are. Missing next-step links are fine as a follow-up. I couldn't screenshot the preview because it's behind Vercel protection, so this review is based on the source.

Re-review at 5f46c5b (content only). Result: not yet passing. Code items are fixed. The PR body and one pending commit still need work.

Verified fixed

  • recall-report: the logic dashes are kept (grade === '—' and overallGrade !== '—', now at :128 and :490 after the line shift).
  • /why-regengine reads "Outbound webhooks for FDA recall/enforcement alerts (enabled by RegEngine)". "Broader compliance alerts on the roadmap" and "API coverage for every feature is on the roadmap" are marked.
  • Settings: Custom Webhooks status preview renders "Preview / contact us".
  • docs/webhooks: "Customer-managed outbound webhooks are planned and not available yet", in the metadata and on the page.
  • EPCIS export is backed. compliance.py:194 is @router.get("/export/epcis"), with tests in services/ingestion/tests/test_epcis_export_1342.py and services/graph/tests/test_compliance_tenant_reconcile_2511.py. Keeping it unlabeled is fine.
  • I found no new unbacked claims in the diff.

Still open

  1. buyer-programs:89 still says "EDI 856 / ASN mapping is on the roadmap." The removal commit you mentioned hasn't been pushed. Round 3 removes EDI roadmap clauses everywhere else, so this line needs to go too.
  2. PR body line 12 still says "EDI 856 moved from Pilot to Preparation (roadmap)", but Round 3 deletes the edi-856 registry row. Line 17 still says the compare pages, /developers, /docs/walkthrough and /docs/authentication webhook claims are "outside this PR", but the bf15a06 update says they were changed. Both lines contradict the update sections further down. Minor typos: "Preview.." (lines 10–11, which also repeat the "Send records by..." sentence) and ",, on line 13.
  3. CI: everything else is green, but Test ingestion and PR Gate: Backend are still pending.

Waiting on C.Lee: the webhook wording and the "Preview / contact us" label (and the EPCIS Preview label) still need C.Lee's confirmation before merge.

Once the buyer-programs commit and the body fixes are pushed, I'll recheck the new head.

Re-review at c774c4b: FAIL (changes requested)

Checked against preview regengine-ji8pli1xz (desktop 1440 and mobile 390) plus a source check. Dashboard routes redirect to login on the preview, so I verified those from source.

Closed

  • buyer-programs: EDI mention removed
  • heartbeat:684: dash removed
  • recall-report grade: the internal '—' sentinel (line 170) now maps to "No data yet" for display (line 173)
  • Public pages I screenshotted show no visible dashes and no EDI or SFTP mentions

The supplier dashboard references NO_DATA_YET without importing it, causing a compilation error and a ReferenceError when the workbench summary has no score.

* fix(dashboard): drop fabricated demo data from recall report page

Remove the hardcoded demo investigation stats and affected-lot rows
(invented suppliers, lot codes, consumer counts). Demo mode now renders
the same No data yet empty state with a link to import records.

* feat(copy): label every EPCIS intake and export mention as (Preview)

EPCIS is preview on both paths, so feature-name mentions across app and
marketing copy now carry the (Preview) marker. The integrations eyebrow
now reads CSV upload, JSON events API, EPCIS (Preview). The FDA sortable
export stays unlabeled. Stored keys and option values are unchanged.

* fix(copy): keep typed EPCIS format value unlabeled in customer-readiness

The format field is a string union used for logic; the (Preview) marker
stays on the display name only.

* feat(pricing): show honest unavailable state when billing is unreachable

Drop the hardcoded tier prices and the silent fallback. Prices now come
only from the billing service; when it cannot be reached the page renders
a Pricing is temporarily unavailable state with signup and contact links
instead of invented figures. Hardcoded dollar amounts in the pricing copy
and metadata are removed as well. EPCIS 2.0 export carries the (Preview)
label; the FDA sortable export stays unlabeled.

* fix(app): remove sample and sandbox banners and the simulated ingest walkthrough

Dashboard shell and DemoBanner now say No data yet with a link to connect
real data on the Ingest page. The ingest page no longer fakes a job for
the first example URL; it submits for real. The Sample: Daily FDA package
archive entry is removed from the archive jobs list. Test assertions
updated for the EPCIS (Preview) status labels.

* fix(data-import): remove synthetic sample dataset simulation

Delete SAMPLE_EVENTS, the handleLoadSample flow with its state and types,
and the Load Sample Dataset / Run Simulation card. A regression test
asserts the control is not rendered. Real CSV upload and the API guide
are unchanged.

* test(copy): assert csv-sftp display text never renders SFTP

Display labels were already clean (CSV Import); this locks the invariant
for the csv-sftp registry entry name, customer copy, and the
csv_sftp_import delivery-mode label. Stored keys and ids are unchanged.

* fix(receiving): use a comma in generated Receiving Dock location names

New receiving submissions name the location 'Receiving Dock, <supplier>'
instead of using a dash. No existing records are touched.

* fix(inflow-lab): hide Inflow Lab links from dashboard, docs, ingest, integrations and product

* fix(tools): remove Inflow Lab simulator, walkthrough sample payloads and recall drill demo data

Drops tools/inflow-lab components, lib/api-samples ingest walkthrough JSON, synthetic tools/ask and tools/export copy, and invented proof/recall-drill numbers. Recall report shows the #3536 no_data empty state.

PetrefiedThunder added a commit that referenced this pull request Oct 25, 2026
* feat(suppliers): track data gap time to fix per supplier

Open one gap event per flagged missing KDE or failed CTE validation, close it only when a passing record for the same lot and CTE arrives, and store a receipt hash of the closing record. Adds a per supplier view with open gaps, median time to fix, oldest open gap and a 24 hour at risk flag citing 21 CFR 1.1455(c)(1). Migration included but not applied.

* feat(suppliers): add per supplier data quality view

Signed-off-by: Christopher <131207452+PetrefiedThunder@users.noreply.github.com>

* test(suppliers): generate ids at runtime in data quality tests

Replace hand written UUIDs, record ids, lot codes and facility ids with uuid4 and crypto.randomUUID values, and assert on values derived from the generated inputs.

Signed-off-by: Christopher <131207452+PetrefiedThunder@users.noreply.github.com>

* test(suppliers): derive data quality test counts from generated inputs

Counts now come from lengths of generated id arrays or from MIN_RECORDS, DEFAULT_WINDOW_DAYS and MAX_WINDOW_DAYS. KDE values, reasons, tenant and user ids are generated. Removes the Date.now based numerator.

* feat(suppliers): agreed sending hours and live late CTE metric (#3575)

* feat(suppliers): agreed sending hours per facility and live late CTE metric

Adds supplier_facilities.agreed_sending_hours (nullable, positive) with Alembic and Supabase migrations and downgrades, a tenant scoped PUT route and dashboard control, and computes the late CTE metric against the agreed sending time.

* fix(copy): real-data follow-up to #3471 (v3) (#3544)

* fix(suppliers): lock agreed sending hours to tenant admins

Suppliers no longer set their own late CTE threshold. The write moves to

and scoped to facilities in the caller's tenant. The supplier dashboard
