Follow-up to #3471: the approved fixes that never landed there, plus Lead's 9:08 AM PT additions. Real data only; no fixtures with invented values.

  • Recall report: made-up demo data removed; empty state matches fix(recall-report): return an honest empty report instead of demo scores #3536 (no_data, score 0, grade N/A, "No data yet").
  • EPCIS intake/export labeled (Preview); FDA sortable export unlabeled.
  • Sample/sandbox banners and the simulated ingest walkthrough removed.
  • DataImportClient: SAMPLE_EVENTS, handleLoadSample and the Load Sample / Run Simulation card removed, with a data-free test that the control is gone.
  • csv-sftp display never renders "SFTP"; new receiving locations use Receiving Dock, ${supplier} (no DB change).
  • Inflow Lab hidden everywhere; tools/inflow-lab simulator, tools/ask and tools/export synthetic copy, lib/api-samples walkthrough JSON, and proof/recall-drill demo data removed.
  • Billing unavailable shows an honest state.

Not touched: proof_recall_router.py (Claude's), the #3524 files (suppliers/page.tsx, ErrorState, QA health test). Main gets merged in once #3524 lands. The tsc failures in CI come from main's ErrorState breakage, which #3524 fixes.

Previews: frontend/scripts/vercel-ignore-build.sh (#3521) already builds previews for any branch that changes frontend/, so no per-branch exception is needed.

Reviewer: Muse. Do not merge, merge freeze is on.

Note

Medium Risk
Broad UX/navigation changes and route 404s may break bookmarks and docs links; recall report and ingest empty-state behavior now depend on the backend no-data contract.

Overview
This PR completes the real-data-only product stance: fabricated demos, sample loaders, and the Inflow Lab surface are removed or retired, while empty states and docs steer users to import/ingest instead.

Inflow Lab retirement: Dashboard nav, integrations, ingest sidebars, and dashboard CTAs no longer promote Inflow Lab; /dashboard/inflow-lab, connector docs, and related tool previews 404. Workbench/fix-queue copy points at /ingest and "import readiness." Large Inflow-specific test suites are deleted.

No invented records in UI/docs: Recall report drops demo scenarios and honors backend no_data (score 0, grade N/A, "No data yet"). DemoBanner and the dashboard shell banner stop claiming sample/sandbox mode. Data Import loses sample/simulation controls; URL ingest removes the demo-job walkthrough. Developer docs, API reference, and shared ingest samples use <...> skeletons instead of TEST- lots or fixed dates. Public proof recall drill sample CSV and page tests go away.

Copy and labeling: EPCIS is consistently marked (Preview) on ingest, export, and marketing pages. Pricing surfaces drop hardcoded $425 in favor of an unavailable/honest state. Pre-revenue and integration copy no longer imply live pilots where inappropriate.

Reviewed by Cursor Bugbot for commit 55d67be. Bugbot is set up for automated code reviews on this repo. Configure here.

Remove the hardcoded demo investigation stats and affected-lot rows
(invented suppliers, lot codes, consumer counts). Demo mode now renders
the same No data yet empty state with a link to import records.
EPCIS is preview on both paths, so feature-name mentions across app and
marketing copy now carry the (Preview) marker. The integrations eyebrow
now reads CSV upload, JSON events API, EPCIS (Preview). The FDA sortable
export stays unlabeled. Stored keys and option values are unchanged.
The format field is a string union used for logic; the (Preview) marker
stays on the display name only.
Drop the hardcoded tier prices and the silent fallback. Prices now come
only from the billing service; when it cannot be reached the page renders
a Pricing is temporarily unavailable state with signup and contact links
instead of invented figures. Hardcoded dollar amounts in the pricing copy
and metadata are removed as well. EPCIS 2.0 export carries the (Preview)
label; the FDA sortable export stays unlabeled.
…walkthrough

Dashboard shell and DemoBanner now say No data yet with a link to connect
real data on the Ingest page. The ingest page no longer fakes a job for
the first example URL; it submits for real. The Sample: Daily FDA package
archive entry is removed from the archive jobs list. Test assertions
updated for the EPCIS (Preview) status labels.
Delete SAMPLE_EVENTS, the handleLoadSample flow with its state and types,
and the Load Sample Dataset / Run Simulation card. A regression test
asserts the control is not rendered. Real CSV upload and the API guide
are unchanged.
Display labels were already clean (CSV Import); this locks the invariant
for the csv-sftp registry entry name, customer copy, and the
csv_sftp_import delivery-mode label. Stored keys and ids are unchanged.
New receiving submissions name the location 'Receiving Dock, <supplier>'
instead of using a dash. No existing records are touched.
…and recall drill demo data

Drops tools/inflow-lab components, lib/api-samples ingest walkthrough JSON, synthetic tools/ask and tools/export copy, and invented proof/recall-drill numbers. Recall report shows the #3536 no_data empty state.

Walkthrough

The changes retire Inflow Lab routes and related interfaces, remove several synthetic-data flows, and update empty states to avoid displaying fabricated records. Ingest samples and documentation now use placeholders or user-provided values. Pricing uses live plan data or displays an unavailable state. EPCIS 2.0 references are labeled as previews.

Priority: Normal

Estimated code review effort: 4 (Complex) | ~60 minutes

Merge Risk: High · up to 4f448

Pricing, recall reporting, exports, supplier navigation, ingestion receipts, and walkthrough documentation still contain concrete regressions, so the PR is not merge-ready.

Security architecture risk: Moderate · up to 4f448

The recall page removes its sample-data warning without fully suppressing synthetic results. An empty workspace can consequently display invented readiness measurements and recommendations alongside “No data yet.” The identified risk concerns reporting integrity, not expanded access or privileges.

Retained concerns

  • Medium · security · observed: The recall view removes the disclosure identifying synthetic reports but still renders their readiness scores, findings, and actions. With the checked-in legacy producer, a zero-event workspace can show fabricated measurements and actions labeled as personalized alongside the new empty state. Synthetic generation predates this PR; removal of its provenance disclosure is the worsening introduced here.
Security review details

Security Blast Radius

  • inferred — The supported exposure is misleading recall evidence shown to authenticated workspace users when a report contains demo data. Zero recorded events are sufficient to select that backend response; no attacker privilege gain or cross-workspace data access is demonstrated.

Trust Boundaries and Controls

  • observed — The producer supplies demo_mode and demo_disclaimer as provenance information. The consumer recognizes demo_mode but uses it only to add an empty state, not to prevent synthetic content from appearing as workspace-specific evidence.

Hardening Proposals

  • proposed — Make no-data and evidence-bearing rendering mutually exclusive. Suppress synthetic scores, measurements, findings, and personalized actions for legacy demo responses rather than relying on coordinated backend deployment or removal of their disclaimer.

P1 Badge Suppress legacy demo report values before removing their disclaimer

For a workspace with no CTE records, the backend in this commit still returns demo_mode: true with fabricated scores, dimensions, response time, and action items (services/ingestion/app/recall_report.py, generate_report). Setting isNoData only adds an empty-state message; the cards below still render those values, and the demo disclaimer has now been removed. This presents invented readiness evidence as workspace data, including recommendations labeled personalized. Normalize legacy demo responses to the empty contract or suppress their report cards until the backend contract actually changes.

P2 Badge Retain the synthetic disclosure for the frozen recall endpoint

After clicking Start drill against the backend shipped in this commit, users still receive four frozen steps, the hardcoded SV-20240115-001 lot, a manufactured seven-second duration, and /samples/sample_recall_drill.csv: services/ingestion/app/proof_recall_router.py::_build_response performs no tenant or dataset lookup. Removing the synthetic-data disclosure while describing these as live results makes the fabricated trace and timing appear to be real recall evidence; the new empty state never runs with this endpoint's response. Keep an explicit synthetic disclosure or disable these results until the endpoint actually returns real data.

P2 Badge Handle the actual billing catalog before rendering pricing tiers

When the configured billing URL successfully serves this repository's /billing/plans endpoint, it returns growth, scale, and enterprise IDs with price_monthly/price_annual fields (services/ingestion/app/stripe_billing/routes.py::list_plans). None matches the static base/standard/premium IDs, so this new filtering drops every tier and renders PricingPageClient with an empty pricing grid instead of either plans or the unavailable state. Adapt the actual catalog contract, or route an empty normalized tier list to the unavailable state rather than treating any nonempty API array as usable pricing.

REVIEW: FAIL muse 5e79493

Head verified: 5e79493.

What's good: the inflow-lab removal, the recall-report/integrations/ask/export rewrites, and the ingest-samples skeletons (<the lot code you sent> field placeholders plus guard tests) remove a lot of invented data, and nothing new that's made up was added in the diff. The empty states use NO_DATA_YET or field-name placeholders.

Blocking: invented data is still in the tree at this head (frontend/src):

  1. app/demo/page.tsx:28-35, 47-50, 93 — invented trace rows (TLCs like RVF-ROM-041426-F3-001, suppliers "Rio Verde Farms", "Valley Fresh Packhouse", "FreshLine Distribution", scores and event counts) and a fictional "FreshCo Distribution". These are the deferred page.tsx invented rows from the #3512 follow-up, and this PR doesn't touch them.
  2. app/proof/transformation/page.tsx:55-57, 66, 74-76, 86, 94, 119-121, 130, 149, 182-184, 193, 202, 217, 225 — invented lots (LOT-ROM-2026-0312A...), dates, GLNs, companies (Salinas Valley Farms LLC, Pacific Coast Growers Inc, FreshCut Processing, MegaMart, Premier Grocery), PO/BOL numbers.
  3. app/why-regengine/page.tsx:418 — "traceability_lot_code": "LOT-2026-001".
  4. app/tools/drill-simulator/lib/record-validator.ts:912-945 — invented CSV rows (LOT-2024-001/002, GLNs, 2024-01-15... dates, BOL/RCV IDs); DrillSimulatorClient.tsx:39 "Fresh Produce Supplier" should be checked too.
    Please remove these, or replace them with field-name placeholders or an empty state.

Non-blocking:

  • app/docs/walkthrough/page.tsx (diff ~+2903): asks users to keep a TEST- prefix on lot codes, while docs-contract.test asserts no TEST- lots appear. That's fine as instruction text, but please confirm it's intended.

CI at 5e79493:

  • tsc errors are identical to main's 10 (ErrorState props, suppliers NO_DATA_YET, dashboard-dead-ends TS1117), so this PR adds no new tsc errors.
  • Unit Tests: the 10 failures (NO_DATA_YET ReferenceError in suppliers, ErrorState retry/requestId) are in files this PR doesn't change, so they match main.
  • Frontend Unused File Guard: Knip flags tests/visual/*, playwright.visual.config.ts and lib/capabilities.ts, which are not files from this PR.
  • SAST (Semgrep): 2 blocking findings; I couldn't identify their files from the log, so please check whether either is in this diff.
  • PR Gate/CI Status Gate/Engine Review Pass are red; CodeRabbit and the Vercel preview are pending.

🟠 Major · Fix the CSV parser. It is now the only input path to the FDA package. · page.tsx:247-258

frontend/src/app/tools/export/page.tsx:247-258
🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟠 Major | 🏗️ Heavy lift

Fix the CSV parser. It is now the only input path to the FDA package.

This PR removes the sample-data path, so this upload handler is the only way to build a package. The handler has these problems:

  • v.trim() strips whitespace from the tlc value. TLCs must be preserved exactly as received.
  • line.split(',') breaks quoted fields. generatePackage writes locations with RFC 4180 quoting, such as "Farm A, California". This parser cannot read that format back.
  • parseInt drops decimal quantities. For example, 12.5 becomes 12.
  • A missing required column gives indexOf = -1, so the field silently becomes '' or 0.

Each case produces a package with altered or blank KDEs and no error.

Validate the header and fail on missing columns. Do not trim tlc. Use a real CSV parser, or at least a quote-aware split. Also parse quantity with Number and reject non-finite values.

Proposed partial fix
         const headers = lines[0].split(',').map((h) => h.trim());
+        const required = ['tlc', 'product', 'quantity', 'uom', 'event_date', 'event_type', 'location'];
+        const missing = required.filter((c) => !headers.includes(c));
+        if (missing.length > 0) {
+          throw new Error(`Missing required columns: ${missing.join(', ')}`);
+        }

         const records = lines.slice(1).map((line) => {
-          const values = line.split(',').map((v) => v.trim());
+          const values = line.split(','); // replace with a quote-aware CSV parser
+          const qty = Number((values[headers.indexOf('quantity')] ?? '').trim());
+          if (!Number.isFinite(qty)) throw new Error(`Invalid quantity in row: ${line}`);
           return {
-            tlc: values[headers.indexOf('tlc')] || '',
+            tlc: values[headers.indexOf('tlc')] ?? '',

As per path instructions: "Traceability lot codes (TLCs) must be preserved exactly as received (no trimming, case-folding, or re-generation)".

🟡 Minor · Remove the 'DEMO-DOC-ID' fallback. · page.tsx:904

frontend/src/app/ingest/page.tsx:904
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Remove the 'DEMO-DOC-ID' fallback.

This PR removes the demo ingestion flow, but this line still falls back to a fabricated document ID. Polling now runs for real jobs, and jobId can come from result.job_id || result.doc_id. If a job completes while ingestMutation.data?.document_id is empty, NormalizedDocumentViewer requests a document that does not exist. The user sees a failure or a wrong document. Do not render the viewer without a real ID.

Proposed fix
-                  <NormalizedDocumentViewer
-                    documentId={ingestMutation.data?.document_id || 'DEMO-DOC-ID'}
-                  />
+                  {ingestMutation.data?.document_id ? (

Assert that the loop checks at least one lot.

The old test required at least one TEST- lot, so it failed if the lot pattern stopped matching. The new loop passes without any iteration. If the "traceability_lot_code" pattern stops matching (for example, after a sample format change), the test passes without checking anything. Add a minimum-count assertion.

Proposed fix
     const lots = Array.from(pageText.matchAll(/"traceability_lot_code":\s*"([^"]+)"/g)).map((m) => m[1]);
+    expect(lots.length).toBeGreaterThan(0);
     for (const lot of lots) {

As per path instructions: "Flag tests that were weakened, skipped, or loosened (broader asserts, removed tenant checks, xfail) to make a change pass."

Add a minimum-count assertion for the `lots` extracted from `pageText` before
the loop, so the test fails when the traceability lot pattern matches no values;
keep the existing checks for each lot unchanged.

Do not render legacy demo report content when isNoData is true.

The backend can return demo_mode: true with populated demo dimensions, an overall score, an executive summary, action items, and a response-time estimate. The page hides the disclaimer but still renders these values.

URL-encode the recall lot code before export.

The ingest schema accepts TLCs with URL-significant characters such as +. With curl -G -d, LOT+1 can reach the FastAPI query parameter as LOT 1, so the export filter may not match the stored TLC. Use --data-urlencode here and in the walkthrough export command.

🐛 Suggested fix

Provide CTE-specific requests for Steps 2 and 3.

Both steps display INGEST_CURL_SAMPLE, which contains a receiving event and receiving KDEs. If a reader changes only the CTE type and lot references as instructed, the transformation and shipping requests still lack their CTE-specific KDEs. The walkthrough cannot produce its promised three-event chain. Show separate request skeletons with the required KDEs, and identify the Step 2 output lot as the Step 3 shipping lot. As per path instructions: “Flag any change that could drop, truncate, silently default, reorder, or corrupt Key Data Elements (KDEs) or Critical Tracking Events.”

Avoid caching a transient billing failure for an hour.

If billing fails during page generation, this branch renders a successful unavailable page under the route’s 3,600-second revalidation setting. Visitors can continue to see that page after billing recovers. Use a shorter revalidation period for the unavailable result, or preserve the last successful pricing page during regeneration. Next.js documents that time-based ISR serves the generated page until revalidation and retains the last successful page when regeneration throws. (nextjs.org)

Show the unavailable state when no usable tier remains.

If /billing/plans returns a nonempty list but every plan lacks a required price or matching tier ID, flatMap produces an empty array. The page then claims to offer three plans but renders no plan cards. Check pricingTiers.length before rendering PricingPageClient and show the unavailable state when it is zero.

Also applies to: 200-200

Map the billing price fields to the pricing page contract.

The billing endpoint returns price_monthly and price_annual, but frontend/src/app/pricing/page.tsx requires ga_monthly, ga_annual, partner_monthly, and partner_annual. Every matched plan therefore fails the numeric type guard and is removed from pricingTiers. A successful billing response can render no plan cards.

REVIEW: PASS muse 5e79493. This replaces my FAIL in 5633949681.

Within its own diff, this PR is clean. Every part it changes uses empty states or field-name placeholders, it adds nothing made-up, and it adds no new tsc errors (the 10 match main).

My four out-of-diff findings are tracked elsewhere. #3547 (head 2484a62) covers proof/transformation, why-regengine, record-validator and DrillSimulatorClient. #3543 (head 94cf2a7) deletes demo/page.tsx.

The Semgrep blockers are the unpinned actions in copy-lint.yml, which isn't in this diff. The TEST- prefix advice is consistent: users keep the prefix on their own lots, and the test checks that we ship no invented ones.

Don't merge while the freeze is on.

Branch updated with main

Main was merged into claude/copy-no-dashes-v3 at the new head (4cdf7f967f26a54b56cba894b9b17b42da449f1d).

Because merge commits created with GITHUB_TOKEN do not trigger workflows, a push to this branch or a manual CI re-run is needed for checks to run on it.

REVIEW: PASS muse dcbb660

Delta check from my PASS at 5e79493: the only new commit is dcbb660, a clean merge of main (658bc7f, #3552); --remerge-diff shows no conflict resolution and no PR-side content changes. Prior verdict stands. CI: all required checks green; only visual-report (non-required) fails, outside this diff. (Head SHA Check Guard was pending when checked.)

Empty pricing grid skips unavailable state

Medium Severity

The honest unavailable page only runs when fetchBillingPlans returns null. Plans that come back but fail the id or numeric-price checks become an empty pricingTiers array, and PricingPageClient still renders the full pricing chrome with no cards and no prices.

REVIEW: FAIL muse 4f44895
Since 4cdf7f9 the new commits are only merges of main, and the PR diff is unchanged apart from line offsets. But under C.Lee's rule against removing the recall drill simulations, frontend/src/app/proof/recall-drill/page.tsx removes the /proof/recall-drill simulation (DEFAULT_DRILL_STEPS, TRACE_NODES, and the RECALL_CSV_URL link to /samples/sample_recall_drill.csv). Restore that page's simulation and the sample CSV link. The drill simulator (Load Sample Data / generateSampleCSV) is untouched.

REVIEW: PASS pi 4f44895

Delta review since my last PASS at efff52a. The only new PR-side commit is 4f44895, a two-parent merge of the old head efff52a and main at f177122 (#3531). git show --remerge-diff for that merge is empty, so there was no manual conflict resolution. The three-dot diff main...head is identical to main...efff52a (ignoring index/hunk lines), so nothing new is added beyond main's own changes.

REVIEW: FAIL pi 4f44895

Withdrawing my delta PASS on this head. The merge itself was clean, but the PR removes protected recall-drill content from recall-drill/page.tsx: the drill steps, the trace nodes and the sample_recall_drill.csv link. C.Lee's recall-drill exception keeps that content, and Muse's review 5637000384 has the details. I'll review again once that content is restored.

REVIEW: FAIL pi 4f44895

Supersedes my earlier FAIL at this head. This review uses C.Lee's recall-drill ruling as relayed by VS Code Lead: frontend/public/samples/sample_recall_drill.csv and the /proof/recall-drill page are deleted, and only the drill simulator's "Load Sample Data" button and generateSampleCSV stay. Under that ruling, removing the drill steps, trace nodes and CSV link is the right direction. But the PR rewrites the page instead of deleting it, and it leaves both artifacts in place.

Blocking

  1. frontend/src/app/proof/recall-drill/page.tsx still exists. The diff turns it into an empty-state page that calls the live endpoint. The ruling says to delete it, so git rm it.
  2. frontend/public/samples/sample_recall_drill.csv still exists at head (git ls-tree pr3544). Delete it.
  3. Links that would dangle once both are gone:
    • frontend/src/app/case-studies/page.tsx:107 has <Link href="/proof/recall-drill">.
    • frontend/tests/visual/routes.json lists /proof/recall-drill under public. Remove it there, or move it to expectRedirectOr404 if a redirect is added.
    • frontend/src/__tests__/pages/proof-recall-drill.test.tsx imports @/app/proof/recall-drill/page. Delete it with the page.
    • The docs reference the route: docs/security/TRUST_CLAIMS_MATRIX.md:31 (MET-001 cites the page file) and the plan in docs/superpowers/plans/2026-06-24-trust-publication-readiness.md:155. These are non-blocking, but MET-001 should be updated.
  4. Redirect: the page is public and indexed, so add a 308 in next.config.js from /proof/recall-drill to /tools/drill-simulator (or /proof) and not a bare 404. The sitemap has no /proof/recall-drill entry, so no sitemap change is needed. Leave the backend POST /api/v1/proof/recall-drill alone, since it is a separate API.

Drill simulator intact (confirmed): git diff origin/main...4f44895a -- frontend/src/app/tools/drill-simulator is empty. At head, DrillSimulatorClient.tsx:18 imports generateSampleCSV, :213 calls it, :494 renders "Load Sample Data", and lib/record-validator.ts:913 defines it. This PR does not touch the button or generateSampleCSV.

Rest of the diff: No issues found in the copy and the inflow-lab removals. The (Preview) labels on EPCIS in proof/page.tsx are accurate. I did not run tsc, knip or vitest at this head because the blocking items above require a new head anyway. I'll run them on the next head.

REVIEW: PASS pi 4f44895

Supersedes my review 5637020775 (FAIL). Judged on #3544's own diff as an intermediate step under C.Lee's ruling (delete /proof/recall-drill and sample_recall_drill.csv; keep only the drill simulator's Load Sample Data button and generateSampleCSV).

Page and CSV deletion is tracked in #3551 (5d32b2b: deletes frontend/public/samples/sample_recall_drill.csv, rewords the case-studies/page.tsx link, drops recall-drill/page.tsx from TRUST_CLAIMS_MATRIX MET-001) plus Claude's committed follow-up PR (deletes the page and its test, removes it from routes.json, adds a 308 redirect to /tools/drill-simulator, fixes the plan doc).

Findings on this diff:

  • frontend/src/app/proof/recall-drill/page.tsx removes all made-up content: DEFAULT_DRILL_STEPS, TRACE_NODES (Sunny Valley Farms / Fresh Cut Co / Metro Foods / SuperMart #42), lot SV-20240115-001, and RECALL_CSV_URL. Nothing new invented; the page renders only endpoint data and shows EmptyState (NO_DATA_YET) when there are no steps, no trace nodes, or no output_csv_url.
  • Works standalone: the page no longer references /samples/sample_recall_drill.csv, so merging before #3551 leaves no broken link (the CSV is just orphaned until #3551).
  • Drill simulator untouched: no tools/drill-simulator files in the diff and zero generateSampleCSV hits. The only other drill file is dashboard/recall-drills/page.tsx (one option label gets "(Preview)").
  • Copy reads cleanly and states the empty state honestly.

Note: #3544 and #3551 conflict textually (trial merge of both onto main f177122: 9 hunks in proof/recall-drill/page.tsx, 3 in tests/pages/proof-recall-drill.test.tsx). Whichever lands second needs a rebase/merge; the follow-up deletes both files anyway.

Checks at 4f44895 (NODE_OPTIONS=--no-experimental-webstorage): npm ci OK; tsc --noEmit clean; knip --include files clean; vitest on the 10 changed test files: 106/106 passed.

* feat(suppliers): agreed sending hours per facility and live late CTE metric

* fix(copy): real-data follow-up to #3471 (v3) (#3544)

* fix(dashboard): drop fabricated demo data from recall report page

Remove the hardcoded demo investigation stats and affected-lot rows
(invented suppliers, lot codes, consumer counts). Demo mode now renders
the same No data yet empty state with a link to import records.

* feat(copy): label every EPCIS intake and export mention as (Preview)

EPCIS is preview on both paths, so feature-name mentions across app and
marketing copy now carry the (Preview) marker. The integrations eyebrow
now reads CSV upload, JSON events API, EPCIS (Preview). The FDA sortable
export stays unlabeled. Stored keys and option values are unchanged.

* fix(copy): keep typed EPCIS format value unlabeled in customer-readiness

The format field is a string union used for logic; the (Preview) marker
stays on the display name only.

* feat(pricing): show honest unavailable state when billing is unreachable

Drop the hardcoded tier prices and the silent fallback. Prices now come
only from the billing service; when it cannot be reached the page renders
a Pricing is temporarily unavailable state with signup and contact links
instead of invented figures. Hardcoded dollar amounts in the pricing copy
and metadata are removed as well. EPCIS 2.0 export carries the (Preview)
label; the FDA sortable export stays unlabeled.

* fix(app): remove sample and sandbox banners and the simulated ingest walkthrough

* fix(data-import): remove synthetic sample dataset simulation

Delete SAMPLE_EVENTS, the handleLoadSample flow with its state and types,
and the Load Sample Dataset / Run Simulation card. A regression test
asserts the control is not rendered. Real CSV upload and the API guide
are unchanged.

* test(copy): assert csv-sftp display text never renders SFTP

Display labels were already clean (CSV Import); this locks the invariant
for the csv-sftp registry entry name, customer copy, and the
csv_sftp_import delivery-mode label. Stored keys and ids are unchanged.

* fix(receiving): use a comma in generated Receiving Dock location names

New receiving submissions name the location 'Receiving Dock, <supplier>'
instead of using a dash. No existing records are touched.

* fix(inflow-lab): hide Inflow Lab links from dashboard, docs, ingest, integrations and product

* fix(tools): remove Inflow Lab simulator, walkthrough sample payloads and recall drill demo data

Drops tools/inflow-lab components, lib/api-samples ingest walkthrough JSON, synthetic tools/ask and tools/export copy, and invented proof/recall-drill numbers. Recall report shows the #3536 no_data empty state.

* feat(suppliers): agreed sending hours per facility and live late CTE metric

Adds supplier_facilities.agreed_sending_hours (nullable, positive) with Alembic and Supabase migrations and downgrades, a tenant scoped PUT route and dashboard control, and computes the late CTE metric against the agreed sending time.

* fix(copy): real-data follow-up to #3471 (v3) (#3544)

Recall report shows the #3536 no_data empty state.

and scoped to facilities in the caller's tenant. The supplier dashboard

* fix(suppliers): lock agreed sending hours to tenant admins

Suppliers no longer set their own late CTE threshold. The write moves to
PUT /v1/supplier/admin/facilities/{facility_id}/agreed-sending-hours,
gated by the tenant Owner or Admin role check from tenant settings (#1386)
and scoped to facilities in the caller's tenant. The supplier dashboard
shows the agreed time read only.

* feat(epcis): document receipts and live EPCIS failure metric (#3576)

* feat(suppliers): agreed sending hours per facility and live late CTE metric

Adds supplier_facilities.agreed_sending_hours (nullable, positive) with Alembic and Supabase migrations and downgrades, a tenant scoped PUT route and dashboard control, and computes the late CTE metric against the agreed sending time.

* feat(epcis): record a receipt for every EPCIS document and live failure metric

Adds fsma.epcis_document_receipts with forced RLS and tenant policies (Alembic and Supabase migrations with downgrades), writes an accepted or rejected receipt with a sanitized error summary from the EPCIS ingest routes, and computes the EPCIS failure metric.

* fix(copy): real-data follow-up to #3471 (v3) (#3544)

* fix(ci): Engine Review Pass reads issue comment markers and allows pi, deepseek, devops

Real PASS markers on #3553, #3547, #3530 and #3527 were ignored: pi was not an

failed as an invalid author engine. Also rerun on PR issue comments.

Narrow the restore: bring back only the gated tools page and its
client/tutorial/opengraph plus inflow-error helper from efddbda.
Drop the proxy scenarios allowlist and /demo redirect (demo was
retired in #3543, not #3544).
