Stack context

Reconnected above #275, preserving the existing PR number. Current order:
#263 → #267 → #268 → #269 → #270 → #272 → #273 → #274 → #275 → #271.

This moves only the explicit-entrypoint-links change; the heads of #272–275
are unchanged. The earlier #271 tip is retained locally as
backup/real-entrypoint-links-before-275-20261022.

What and why

All 28 runnable real experiment YAMLs now explicitly select model, data,
evaluator, trainer, callbacks and logger in their defaults. This includes the
three newer real/arcdur_abstime recipes. Optimizers remain model-owned;
shared experiment parents retain the task settings. _base/ files are internal
parents, not standalone run entrypoints.

No separate model= or data= argument is required:

python egomimic/trainHydra.py -m \
  +experiment=real/organize_stationary/arc_vel \
  hydra/launcher=submitit_lambda_h100_shared

Host paths, credentials, run identity and allocation preflight still apply.
This PR does not change the inherited absolute-duration, projection, dataset
selection or rollout algorithms. No remote checkout sync, launch or merge.
