COLUMN_MAP and PARSED_RECORD_FIELDS support tlcSource, but REQUIRED_KDES does not require or validate it. The sample CSV also omits TLC Source. The current omission only prevents users from supplying this optional parsed field through the generated template.

CTA copy mismatches ingest destination

sandboxCta() now promises a CSV FSMA 204 check, but href is authenticated /ingest. Public compare and homepage visitors hit a login redirect, and even a signed-in user lands on the URL tab rather than CSV upload. /ingest persists tenant data instead of evaluating a file like the retired sandbox.

Re-scoped verdict. My earlier draft failed this head only because the drill simulator Load Sample Data button (DrillSimulatorClient.tsx:212-216, 492-494) calls generateSampleCSV() with invented records. C.Lee decided to keep the drill simulator sample data as a recall-simulation exception, so that is out of scope here.
In scope and verified: frontend/src/app/sandbox/** removed with no leftover imports or /sandbox links; sandboxCta() returns /ingest (Upload your CSV); /sandbox dropped from marketing routes and sitemap; generateCsvTemplate() is header-only.
Nits: tests/visual/routes.json notes still say /sandbox and /demo return 200; /ingest needs sign-in. tsc and vitest were not rerun locally because of high Mac load; rely on CI.
