184-195: 🎯 Functional Correctness | 🔵 Trivial | ⚡ Quick winMatch the complete snapshot status at lane end.
The lane-end check matches only the snapshot prefix. It accepts
ok state snapshot: last upload nulls ago. The boot check runs earlier, and later assertions do not revalidate the final doctor output. A future doctor regression after boot polling can therefore pass this check.Suggested fix
- if sh docker/doctor.sh 2>&1 | grep -qE '^(ok|WARN) +state snapshot'; then + if sh docker/doctor.sh 2>&1 | grep -qE '^(ok|WARN) +state snapshot: (no upload yet|last upload [0-9]+s ago)$'; then🤖 Prompt for AI Agents

- Line 248: Update both live-leaf reads in the fleet peak collection flow to
derive the cgroup placement from /proc/self/cgroup inside the container, then
read fleet directories beneath the corresponding noite anchor instead of
assuming /sys/fs/cgroup/noite. Preserve the existing filtering and output
behavior.

S6 lane/doctor polish (batch item 6).
Doctor
make doctorprintedstate snapshot (owner, last upload nulls ago)before the first snapshot upload (/readyreports the age as JSONnull). It now printsno upload yetand staysok: the snapshot signal is additive and never fails/ready(state.rs), so a fresh boot with nothing uploaded is normal, not degraded.nulls agoin doctor output across all poll attempts (fails before this fix whenever the null window is hit, as in the observed lane log); the lane end asserts doctor names a well-formed snapshot line (parser-drift guard mirroring the cgroups check).Per-fleet peaks
stop_fleetnow reads the leaf'smemory.peakbefore removing the cgroup and logsfleet=… peak_bytes=…at info when containment is active. All removals (stop, delete, teardown, orphan sweep, rename, sleep) funnel throughstop_fleet, so every fleet's high-water survives its leaf. Unit-tested on fake cgroupfs (read-before-removal ordering, absent/unreadable → silence).e2e-local.shmerges those log lines with the live leaves at suite end into the always-uploadedfleet-peaks.json(plus thelane-stats.txtlines) on every run, not only on failure.hostile.spec.tsno longer writesfleet-peaks.jsonand the build-probefleet-peaksblock is gone. A build-time point sample covering only live-at-that-instant fleets is redundant next to the runner log (every fleet across the suite, including deleted ones). Thecgroup:fleet-memory-maxpositive probe and its assertion stay.D3

bun run check,bunx tsc --noEmit,bun run test(586 pass),cargo fmt --check,cargo clippy --locked --all-targets -- -D warnings,cargo test --locked(569 pass),cargo build --release --locked,bun run build— all green./readybodies (null → ok/no-upload-yet; 42 → ok/last-upload; owner=false + error → WARN); lane peak parser exercised on quoted/unquoted/missing/duplicate input.Summary by CodeRabbit
