fix(frontend): remove dead Inflow Lab mock export links and /proof verifier prefetch 404 - #3569
Fixes real production 404s found by the crawler in #3563.
/tools/inflow-lab: the "Preview test CSV" and "Preview test EPCIS" links went through the /api/inflow-lab proxy to /api/mock/regengine/export/*, which is disabled in production and returns 404. There is no real export behind them, so this PR removes the links, the export filter controls (preset dropdowns, start and end dates, and their unused state), all Test handoff preview cards and the Test CSV/EPCIS preview grid, plus the now-unused mock export routes in api/inflow-lab/[...path]/route.ts. Nothing is replaced with sample data.
/proof: /sdk/verify_chain.py and audit-bundle-tampered.zip return 200, but next/link prefetched them with ?_rsc=, which 404s. These are now plain download links.
Checks: tsc clean, eslint has no new issues, vitest passes (inflow and proof suites, 56 tests).

frontend/src/app/tools/inflow-lab/components/InflowLabClient.tsx:2515-2524 — For a test-complete lot, the remaining “Preview” actions and “Test previews” tab now open an entirely empty panel because the only remaining content is conditional on the lot being an exception.
InflowLabClient.tsx: both export preset s and both start/end date input pairs are removed. The exportPreset, startDate and endDate state is deleted, and nothing references it anymore.
The Test CSV preview, Test EPCIS preview and second Test handoff preview cards are removed. Nothing was repointed at sample or fake files.
Around L2746, isStandalone ? A : B became isStandalone && (A). The removed B was only the "Test preview filters" card (preset plus dates). The fragment closes correctly and the JSX is balanced. In embedded mode the aside now just ends after the preceding Card.
/proof: audit-bundle-tampered.zip is now <a href="/proof/audit-bundle-tampered.zip" download>, and frontend/public/proof/audit-bundle-tampered.zip exists. Link is still used (#artifacts), so the import is not orphaned.
The unreferenced mock-export routes are removed from api/inflow-lab/[...path]/route.ts, and the "mock-export" BoundaryMode is dropped. No references to it remain under frontend/.
No orphans: the FileJson import is removed, and CalendarDays, FileSpreadsheet, Input, exportReadyCount and exceptionLots are all still used.
Nit (non-blocking): the "Export filters" card now holds only the Traceability Lot Code input, inside a sm:grid-cols-2 grid, so it sits half-width. A heading such as "Lot filter" with a single column would read better.
Not run locally: tsc and lint (the worktree has no node_modules and the Mac load was ~100). This verdict comes from a careful read. CI at review time: 1 pass, 20 pending, 4 skipped, 0 failing. Merge state BLOCKED pending checks.

Scope is right: the dead /api/mock/regengine/export/* links are gone (no remaining references on the branch), the proxy contract drops the mock-export boundary, and the /proof verifier/tampered-zip links become plain <a download> so Next no longer prefetches them into a 404. Recall drill simulator (Load Sample Data / generateSampleCSV) untouched.
Blocking:
InflowLabClient.tsx:2515-2524 — the "Test previews" tab is still listed in standaloneTabs/dashboardTabs (L588-589) and still targeted by setActiveTab("Test previews") (L1248), but its panel now renders nothing for a test-complete lot (only the exception banner remains). Either remove the tab and the L1248 action, or give it real content.
InflowLabClient.tsx:1705 — copy still says "Test previews use the selected lot and date window", but the date window inputs were removed. Update or remove.
Non-blocking: the "Export filters" card (~L2318) now holds only the Traceability Lot Code input; consider renaming it.

and scripts/build_audit_bundle.sh, which only packaged the deleted CSV.
/proof now shows an honest empty state and links to /verify; /verify and
/docs reference the user's own bundle. Backend tests build their bundle
in-test instead of reading the deleted fixtures. Add a data-free /proof
test.
