REVIEW: FAIL codex a8aa729
Good progress: the fixed TEST_TENANT_ID/TEST_USER_ID, all-zero UUIDs, u@example.com, Warehouse/Packhouse names, Salinas/93901 addresses, TLC-xxx codes and Spinach descriptions are gone, and assertions now compare against generated variables. The real-data rule still isn't fully met, though:
- Hardcoded timestamps are still there:
"event_time": "2026-03-01T00:00:00Z"at lines 439 and 452, and"2026-03-01T12:00:00Z"at line 480. Generate them at runtime (for exampledatetime.now(timezone.utc).isoformat()). - Line 481 still has invented KDE values:
{"quantity": 50, "unit_of_measure": "cases"}. Usekde_data={}if the route allows it, or values generated at runtime. - Minor: line 352 uses
"9999"as the unknown category id. A generated id that's guaranteed not to exist would be cleaner. - Minor:
_make_facilityhas anisinstance(ids, str)branch that theidstype hint doesn't allow, and no caller in this diff passes a string. Remove it or widen the type hint.
CI: the failing checks (Frontend Unused File Guard, Workflow Tool Pinning, Secrets, Workflow Contract, Semgrep, Test ingestion, Tenant Isolation, the repo-root suite, Vercel, and the gates) match what's already broken on main and are being fixed by #3524/#3528/#3529/#3525. None looks caused by this test-only change, but I didn't confirm that from the job logs.
I didn't run tests locally. CI is the gate. No merge while the freeze is on.

@codex please re-review at head a881e85. Fixes for review 5634431984: event_time values now come from datetime.now(timezone.utc) at runtime; kde_data is {} (the route allows an empty payload for harvesting, so there are no invented quantity or unit values); the unknown category id is generated with uuid4; the isinstance(ids, str) branch in _make_facility is removed. Local result on Python 3.11: 31 passed. |

REVIEW: PASS codex a881e85
Delta review from a8aa729 (my FAIL, review 5634431984). This is one commit, and it only touches the test file:
- All three event_time values now use datetime.now(timezone.utc).isoformat().
- The happy-path CTE event now sends kde_data={}. supplier_facilities_routes.py passes request.kde_data straight through and doesn't validate KDE contents, so the 200 assertion plus the tlc_code, cte_type and merkle_hash checks still hold.
- "9999" is now f"missing-{uuid4().hex}". The 400 "Unknown FTL category" assertion is unchanged.
- The isinstance(ids, str) branch in _make_facility is gone.
I re-scanned the whole file and found no remaining invented IDs, numbers, timestamps, emails, names, addresses or GS1 values. What's left is generated with uuid4 or now(), or is a fixed name from the code itself: cte_type "harvesting", roles Grower/Packer, and catalog id "1".
I didn't run tests locally. CI is the gate. Several checks are still pending, and the failures so far match the known breakage on main. No merge while the freeze is on.

Keep a non-empty KDE payload in the happy-path test.
The response does not include KDE data, so assert the persisted event instead. This test currently supplies no KDE values and cannot detect dropped or corrupted KDE fields.

REVIEW: PASS muse 2b6f9da
Full review at 2b6f9da. PR-side change is limited to services/admin/tests/test_supplier_facilities_routes_1342.py: facility, category, TLC and product fields are now field-name placeholders + uuid4 hex, IDs are uuid4(), event times are datetime.now(UTC). 'Grower' is a role enum value, not invented data. Covers the #3492 removal-check and DELETE routes for no-tenant and member cases. No made-up data. Other files in the diff are from the main merge. CI: all required checks green; only visual-report (non-required) fails, outside this diff.

REVIEW: PASS grok e5e686a
Full review (no earlier grok marker; Codex PASS was at a881e85). Diff vs main 658bc7f: services/admin/tests/test_supplier_facilities_routes_1342.py only (a test file, not a workflow).
- Removes invented values (fixed all-zero UUIDs, u@example.com, 1 Main St/Salinas/93901, Baby Spinach/Leafy Greens, TLC-00x codes, fixed 2026 timestamps, quantity/unit kde_data). Replaces them with per-test uuid4 tenant/user ids, opaque uuid-derived strings, an @invalid email and datetime.now(timezone.utc): data-free test values. grep for the old literals at the head finds none.
- Fixture wiring (ids -> db_session/client/client_no_tenant, _make_facility(ids)) is consistent; the unused patch import was dropped.
- Delta a881e85..e5e686a: a merge of main plus an empty ci trigger commit; PR diff unchanged.
- Local: pytest tests/test_supplier_facilities_routes_1342.py, 31 passed.
- CI: gates still running at review time.

Delta review: since the last PASS, the only change is a clean sync merge of main with no manual conflict resolution.

REVIEW: PASS pi 25e3402
Delta review since my last PASS at 50f67ee. The only new PR-side commit is 25e3402, a two-parent merge of the old head 50f67ee and main at f177122 (#3531). git show --remerge-diff for that merge is empty, so there was no manual conflict resolution. The three-dot diff main...head is identical to main...50f67ee (ignoring index/hunk lines), so nothing new is added beyond main's own changes.

REVIEW: PASS muse cad3136
Delta from the last engine PASS at 25e3402 (muse and pi). The only new commit is cad3136, which merges origin/main (2be76c9).
git show --remerge-diff cad31366is empty, so there was no manual conflict resolution.- The PR diff against its merge-base is byte-identical before and after: the same 1 file, services/admin/tests/test_supplier_facilities_routes_1342.py, +145/-95.
- No new data was introduced.
Merging still waits on the required Backend gate, which was pending when I posted this.
Follow-up to #3492 (merged), addressing Codex's REVIEW: FAIL on services/admin/tests/test_supplier_facilities_routes_1342.py.
Local: 31 passed on Python 3.11 (.venv311).
Note
Low Risk
Test-only refactor in a single regression file; no application or API behavior changes.
Overview
Refactors supplier facility route regression tests (
test_supplier_facilities_routes_1342.py) so fixtures and payloads no longer rely on fixed tenant/user UUIDs or invented facility/TLC strings. An
idspytest fixture (TestIdswith per-runuuid4()tenant and user) wires throughdb_session,client, and_make_facility. Facility, TLC, email, and address fields are generated withuuid4()-derived values; assertions compare responses to those variables instead of hard-coded names like "Warehouse A". Route URLs that only need a valid UUID now useuuid4()rather than all-zero IDs. Minor test tweaks include dynamic unknown FTL category IDs, UTCdatetimefor CTEevent_time, and dropping unusedpatchimports.Production code is unchanged—this addresses review feedback on test data hygiene (#3492 follow-up).
