Summary

  • Expose Reproductive, Disposable, Protected and Vital separately from stable numerical screening tiers.
  • Add complete canonical/species and native source/version mapping inventories; validate applicability through anatomical parents and preserve source sex/state.
  • Add strict named maternal/fetal-exclusion and male-reproductive-exclusion gene filters. Require explicit assay-specific negative coverage; missing fetal data never becomes negative evidence.
  • Move appendix and gallbladder into the conditional non-reproductive allowance. Preserve earlier broader allowances while documenting significant-injury manageability and local-steroid evidence.
  • Anchor the policy review in Bradley 2020 Supplementary Table 2, Kaufmann 2019, Johnson 2009, Warner 2019 and SITC guidance. Do not import their RNA thresholds or infer universal local rescue.
  • Regenerate immutable reports: 2,537 candidates reevaluated; 654 adaptive retained, unchanged. Export all 585 native mappings and all species-applicability records.
  • Release 1.9.19; data bundle unchanged.

Review and verification

  • 168 focused taxonomy, filtering, adaptive, report and species-expression tests passed; one additional coverage-fingerprint test added and all 21 filter tests passed.
  • Repository lint and strict MkDocs build passed.
  • Report figure visually inspected; all 17 report output hashes and implementation hashes verified.
  • Positive observations override negatives. Exact source/version/sample/stage/sex/assay/policy matching prevents borrowing negative evidence.
  • No pregnancy-safe or fertility-safe gene list is claimed: required comprehensive developmental coverage is not bundled.
  • Historical reports remain unchanged; tissue-review flags are annotations, not new numerical gates.
