Summary
Record source-backed absence of TAP1 knockout on the two parental wild-type THP-1 arms and two primary human monocyte-derived macrophage arms in PMID 39438697. The paper's Figure 5 and acknowledgements distinguish the parental WT line from the TAP1 knockout line and describe the primary hMDM experiment. The authors' conditions table names the four THP-1 WT/KO × mock/H37Rv runs explicitly.
The four
condition_knockout_genes: "none"claims remove only PMID 39438697's four knownengineering_drift_auditerrors. The global baseline falls 59→55 findings, 43→39 errors, across 10→9 studies; warnings remain 16. Arm identities, infection states and observed data are unchanged. All four arms retain their prior unengineered verdict and expression-anchor tiers. Bump to 1.82.11.Dependency
