Summary

• Aligned dashboard section card/header titles and move aria-labels with the sidebar labels.
• Renamed the Projects card config from Repositories to Projects and kept the provider chip/actions intact.
• Added a Go UI string-scan guard to compare sidebar labels with section card titles case-insensitively.
• Updated related docs and changelog wording.
