Drop [compat] majors whose first General-registry release is older than one year, and keep remaining floors on the latest major.

Policy: SciML minima sit on the latest majors. Extra majors first registered before 2025-08-26 are dropped. Majors first registered after that cutoff are kept (currently: OrdinaryDiffEqCore 4, LinearSolve 4, DiffEqDevTools 3). julia and stdlib entries are untouched.

The SparseConnectivityTracer blocker is resolved by registered v1.2.3. Current master docs are green and the exact FirstOrder alldeps resolver plus SCT-backed sparsity tests pass locally. Full evidence: #1200 (comment)

AlgebraicMultigrid 2.x, the only AlgebraicMultigrid line compatible with LinearSolve >= 5.14, still pins TimerOutputs to 0.5. Dropping the 0.5 compat in SciML#1198 made any environment holding NonlinearSolveBase together with AlgebraicMultigrid and LinearSolve 5.15 unsatisfiable, which is what broke the OrdinaryDiffEq downstream lanes once OrdinaryDiffEqDifferentiation started requiring LinearSolve 5.15.
