• built at the point tag v0.40.2-dynres.1 (main 39602449f, ADR 0032), which includes fix(vision): a converted nemotron3 GGUF keeps its per-request image budget (#480) #483 and compat: 903 becomes llama.cpp#29953 plus the y-tile guard, at b11351 (verified on CUDA and ROCm) #462's 903;
• Dockerfile.rocm on rocm/dev-ubuntu-24.04:7.2.4-complete;
• llama-server 631109b34 (b11351);
• against the measured 0.40.2-dynres-1-g9e80e78: 1863 = 1863 payload entries, and 96/96 gfx1151 rocBLAS kernels. Of the 19 native libraries, only rocm_v7_2/libggml-hip.so differs, which is compat: 903 becomes llama.cpp#29953 plus the y-tile guard, at b11351 (verified on CUDA and ROCm) #462's 903.

The run

• Settings: preflight --quality, all three arches, production's environment (two-pass, f16 KV, flash attention on, two slots).
• Store: a hard-linked clone of the store.
• Conversion: every preflight model was converted to its llamacpp child before the run (gemma4:31b, nemotron3, qwen2.5vl; qwen3.8 has no migrator), so it measures what a deploy serves.
• Results:
  • nemotron: payload_proof custom on max/min, pinned 3328 → 3270 (fix(vision): a converted nemotron3 GGUF keeps its per-request image budget (#480) #483);
  • gemma4: pinned 560 → 529;
  • ladders and aspect ladders 5/5 and 3/3 on every arch;
  • think_format on all three arches;
  • extraction quality 1.00 on every measure;
  • the poison canary.
• The five skips: the Metal and MLX checks, and qwen35's pinned budget. None of them applies on gfx1151.

Not in this PR

• The deploy: it waits for the maintainer.
• The amd-upgrade-gate.md decision row: it goes in with the deploy record, as for 0.35.0 (gate: 0.35.0 promoted on gfx1151, a Go-only fold #436).
