Change and mathematical scope

Preserve the independently accepted conditional Unit07 bounded caller and register its exact 11-method NEW-only fixture as a self-contained research export at research/h25-v03-bounded-prefix-caller. The 34,716-byte caller has SHA256 25138c2c998762649c6a61cb8a6ae8aacd81bd533591b082ab6f58def712fca2; the 14,236-byte fixture has SHA256 310fe5a31db4c4ac2bab0794a1633ec2061e8f97de654f9701b019185b138765.

The caller replaces only its old 9,574-byte support prefix with the accepted 9,878-byte prefix (48bc4009…), closing the copied-prefix short-I/O-cap gap. Every following byte equals the old90a tail. Exact original source_packet and RootProxy segments remain preserved. The old caller is inert comparison/gap evidence. Unit07 closed P1-P4 with conditional source-component PASS; exact P3 review f61464ed7496af2ae47414bcdfad2f63e773563411c4e70a2fc8955442e7b089 is retained. The new preparer is a separate source export.

This is source preservation and finite replay, with a parameterized operation bill. It grants no full C05/full V03/runtime/current-T0/source/native/C07/funding/fit/enclosing-parent-exit admission, complete physical invoice, new κ, human review or proof-kernel acceptance. Original completion stays43.5%, activities22/49, stage2/10, milestones1/10, components24, helpers52, with zero original activity credit. Recorded guarded94.550533479/2400 is not the physical total; outside costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. The app goal remains separately paused.

Task and overlap

Explicit incremental source-publication assignment, metadata base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a, task portable-replay, changed scope recorded in TASK.json. No fresh task draw or research expansion. Current base/card/rules are exactly provenance-pinned; all replay sources and data are package-local exact exports authenticated by SOURCE-ORIGINS and MANIFEST. No dependency on an unpublished predecessor checkout, hidden import, live original tree or full original Git history is claimed.

Nearest overlap: PR6371, entry export at head 8e772eadcbdee11289eb2eac887ffc15b864587c, and PR6370, inputs export at head e144f3b0a440fd33efdcfa4e0bd1af059dfd4fb3. Parent-verified PR6371 hosted run41461567788 attempt1 had actual plan/replay/unchanged-inputs SUCCESS. Historical predecessor PR6368 head 3a2d75adec6133a5bc3e6c4a082369101e6c1158 and PR6369 head 190e63e0ca5b16e45d8202bec7dc7426dc76c5dd retain their own scope. These prior-head checks supply no hosted check for this new caller PR. The offline export worker performed no network/overlap refresh or submission; the parent owns live submission checks.

Added value is the separate accepted bounded caller and unchanged11-method controls, exact three passive fixture dependencies, preservation/basis/support snapshots, static resource bill, raw author normal/O logs and source-review boundary. This is not a copy of the entry package for provenance.

Validation

Observed locally on Python3.12:

Metadata/pins PASS. Registered normal and optimized profiles each passed exactly11 frozen methods (0.680s/0.713s unittest times). Final-manifest package-only cold copies passed the same11 normal/O methods (0.696s/0.679s). The final manifest is SHA256 a861fbca45719e0e561ba8466d4b9db993a296457de7d965e13beb7fd41e02c6 and covers41 files plus itself. All42 files were explicitly byte/mode/coldcopy/Git-filter audited; all32 origin rows match actual sources. These checks cover untracked bytes directly and do not rely on unstaged git diff.

The fixture compiles only the exact NEW support prefix, six named NEW helpers and NEW dispatch subclass with a fake base/recheck. Positive short-read completion and refusal-before8193/4097 calls, raw primary/cleanup custody, inventory/mode/symlink/nested-manifest controls, prior-digest failure, five-false-field DATA cases, exact new basename and fake dispatch ordering remain unchanged. The three passive dependencies are the old caller, accepted entry and actual original supervisor snapshot. The supervisor is inert hash-checked DATA. Full caller main, original source_packet/RootProxy, original modules/archived tests, compiler/native/subreaper/domain/namespace/Popen/Root/target operations were not executed.

All outputs were outside the packet. Frozen EOF-blankline warnings in the two review Markdown copies are retained. Two external audit-driver attempts initially mishandled git diff --no-index --check status bits1/3; both failures are preserved in the local export receipt. Corrected bookkeeping explicitly records difference/whitespace bits and did not change source/packet bytes or rerun successful methods. A known unrelated missing cache blob f0d42d430159f3f46dcf447ecb5df8aa9355e208 (artifacts/batched-23-note.pdf) remains unrecovered; the exact base/card/rules objects and packet checks succeed. Full Git-history availability is not asserted.

The exact reviewed packet is committed with tree d59baded9a4136d6f6dfdfd6cff41e3faec31528 and single base parent 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. Committed-byte/source-history/executable-mode preflight passed for all42 files; the source-history check covers declared base/card/rules only. The remote publication commit is b91c5c74f252c1a98ab8344d012702170004ed13 with the identical tree; its commit timestamp differs from the retained local commit. Hosted checks for this new head are pending and will be read back before delivery is called complete. No source replay was repeated for committing.

Exact-head source delivery is verified: both actual planning and explicit package replay, including unchanged committed inputs, passed on attempt 1. All exported blob identities and the remote tree match the frozen independently reviewed package. The PR remains a draft, with maintainer edits off. The title formatting artifact was corrected without changing the head or package bytes.

Canonical technical handoff and existing coordination-hub reply have been posted and read back. They retain the exact sources, failures, reviews, reproduction commands, limits and attribution.

This closes this conditional source/export contribution only. Full original C05 and V03 require the genuine approved determinant/channel inventory and immutable lifetime, current source/native/stage/command/funding/execution inputs, intact original baseline and named corruption/current-custody controls. Those original operations remain unexecuted. The original 43.5% and all activity/stage/milestone/component/helper denominators are unchanged. App goal separately observed paused; guarded attempt unapproved; recorded policy debit is not a complete physical invoice, and outside/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO.
