Resolves the fixed-source V03 entry, preflight, dependency and no-op fixture questions. The unchanged Root can authenticate a separately selected control driver. The provider's216 literal runtime entries plus its pinned profile give the independently source-derived successful expectation authenticated_files=217. The native-packet direct dependency branch hashes29 fixed inputs without launching the compiler. A future admitted preparation constructor can independently capture original-input modes before child launch instead of guessing them or learning a child answer.

The actual retained C payloads and loader headers are byte-identical across roles, while service headers differ. Equal-content swaps at unchanged paths and equal0444 permission exchanges are no-op positive discriminators. The audit preserves these distinctions and identifies the exact remaining original C05 witness-domain edge.

No complete V03 family or original activity is claimed. Category coverage, an exact selected manifest and correct listed hashes do not derive complete project/system-header/search/macro/specs/compiler/link witness membership. The source input round stopped at M1. This is a publication of resolved source findings under the user's new explicit instruction, not a restart or a narrowed-family completion claim.

Metadata/pins and registered normal/optimized replay pass. Each mode reports authenticated_files=217 dependency_triples=29 source_mutants=7 logical_counterexamples=1 full_family=false runtime_qualified=false. Mutants alter the runtime census, return flag, direct compiler-call boundary, dependency digest guard, permission oracle, equal fixture bytes or original C05. The finite category-versus-domain counterexample is a logical insufficiency witness, not an original parent control.

Committed-byte preflight checked23 package/input files. Remote readback verifies the exact reviewed tree, one parent at canonical base and the intended fork branch. Hosted checks are pending at submission.

Only source AST/JSON and inert fixture bytes are inspected. No archived Root/provider/producer/helper import or execution, compiler/native operation, actual mutation control or historical budget use occurs. The mode-capture algorithm is specified, not executed or presented as a completed preparation implementation. Imported-module initialisation closure, real intact/negative controls, source/current-stage/native profile and terminal cleanup remain unqualified.
