Change and mathematical scope

Recover the exact source bodies needed to author an enclosing V03 prefix bootstrap: 15 selected inner project modules / 379,241 bytes, plus the original queue, subreaper wrapper, outer runner and native-TCB JSON. The new standalone research/h25-v03-bootstrap-source-inputs package records their dependency-first initialization order, source pins and concrete caller interfaces. It resolves the previous packet-local missing-source questions without treating hashes as runtime authority.

This is a source-recovery and interface audit, with a bounded static replay. The 45-file / 705,011-byte archive contains 35 exact origin copies, including all 19 inert prerequisites, the final graph, both design versions and the initial/later independent input reviews. Initial pending statuses and the earlier 83d52… graph reference remain historical; the final graph is f999a6bfc9ac9048b248d9b029b7676ba04dea5c559228d5286e49d269ca3597. It exports neither the separately active Unit06 implementation nor private Pro prompts/responses.

The graph has no missing explicit project import or static initialization cycle in this exact selection. This does not establish the whole future caller/entry graph, actual receiver capture, source admission, immutable lifetime, runtime capability or compiler correctness. Original full C05 and full named V03 remain open. Original 43.5%, 22/49 activities, stage2/10, milestones1/10, 24 components and 52 helpers remain unchanged.

Task and overlap

User-selected C05/full-V03 continuation; completed local checkpoint U6.1 only. Canonical base 7c49fe32c55de02c2c873655c804b16e4c3fef0a. Original scope is unchanged; this contribution refines the missing source-input boundary.

Added exact inputs include epoch_stop_v5, original_build_provenance_v5, group01_original_predicates_v1 and epoch_parent_v5, plus the actual 1348a7… queue / ea4c07… wrapper / bd882e… runner / 610492… TCB metadata. The queue has a real prior-stage hash check; its config still needs genuine prior independent admission. The source audit identifies the required new DATA-receipt bridge, real module-registration order, import-time effects and original links identity field. No proposed design is labeled implemented.

Validation

Actually run locally with CPython3.12.3:

Metadata/provenance checks, registered normal and optimized static replay, and a separate package-only cold copy in both modes passed against the final manifest. The checker verifies 19 prerequisite identities, 101 import records, 308 initialization anchors, 13 call anchors and dependency-first order. Total archive files include the manifest; the replay reports its 44 manifest entries. All validation outputs stay outside the packet. Final manifest SHA256: 1469af777decdb146c71dbae9901ff02433db5b1fb8c6b6582b85a94aaae1267.

Two initial assumptions in the NEW export checker were corrected to the frozen graph's ImportFrom and class-definition formats. Failed attempts remain preserved locally; frozen source/review bytes were not changed. The registered commands are bounded at30seconds and perform only byte/hash/JSON/AST checks. Original bodies and original tests are never imported or executed, and no actual native/Popen/compiler/namespace/target work runs. Passing this replay is archival/static evidence, not original scientific qualification. Complete original Git history is not claimed from the local alternate-object cache. Two exact copied historical review files retain terminal blank lines; their staged blank-at-EOF warnings are preserved, and all other staged whitespace diagnostics passed without changing the copies.

Preserve one actual prefix-owner construction, real builtins/module identities, the original canonical history/domain and explicit DATA-only receipt contract.

Actual C05 closure/cap/channel proof, C07 immutable ancestors/lifetime, complete nine-category parent inventory, installed identities/capture fit, original native/source/stage/command/funding/execution admissions, intact full baseline/negative controls and actual enclosing-parent exit remain open. The app goal is separately observed paused despite directly authorized source work. Current guarded attempt approval remains false; recorded94.550533479/2400 policy seconds is not complete physical cost. All outside/preparation/review/reporting/publication/final costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. No merge, budget, policy adoption or selected-frontier change is requested.
