Change and mathematical scope

Adds a self-contained, registered replay package for the assigned C05/V03 completion path: source-authenticated GCC patch/rule projections, conservative C11 header edges, passive ELF dependency edges, a genuine-Root V03 driver/fixture constructor, and strict source-frame refusal corroboration.

This is a partial tooling/source increment. Complete C05 and complete V03 remain open. It establishes no original control execution, effective compiler configuration, immutable runtime interval, stage admission, measured speedup or κ gain. The original 43.5% / 22 of 49 activities remains unchanged.

Review-driven repairs cover a truncated traceback false positive, malformed caret ranges, a multi-token macro argument that splits token-paste chains and can synthesize __has_include, and a trailing no-final-newline patch marker. Failed and repaired evidence is retained.

Task and overlap

User-assigned C05 / full named variant V03 under the portable replay task; TASK.json records the original card provenance. Scope is unchanged; this export completes bounded prerequisite implementations without substituting them for either whole activity.

• New value: implemented, reviewed helper code and cold replay with exact selected source text, rather than only the prior context/closure specifications. SOURCE-ORIGIN records the exact copied/adapted inputs. The bounded23-node related-PR metadata graph is explicitly exported in PR6363's evidence/PR-COVERAGE.json; it was local consultation material rather than a file in this initial export. Current PR metadata does not imply full current-head source re-review.

Validation

Executed locally with Python 3.12:

All passed for the final source/export. The registered replay actually executes eight commands: normal and optimized profiles of the new V03 (7 methods, including 89 DATA cases and fresh owned fixtures), header (34), GCC (23) and ELF (25) suites. A metadata scaffold failure was corrected and retained; hosted conclusions are pending submission.

The repaired acquired header corpus records 829 occurrences / 1,452 literal edges / 124 unresolved occurrences and 666 conservative frontier forms. It is not the reached witness inventory. GCC's effective-configuration constructor still refuses incomplete configuration. ELF edges do not resolve loader search/aliases. Original modules and C/native code are inert text/bytes in these tests. No compiler, original Root/provider execution, namespace setup or historical scientific suite ran.

Independent Sol Max agent source/delta review accepted this limited export after repairs; that is distinct from human or original qualification. Source and repair windows were closed before publication. Recorded original policy debit is 94.550533479/2400 seconds; unmetered preparation, review and publication costs remain OPEN_NOT_ZERO. The app goal was separately observed paused.

Next: integrate the selected effective configuration, resolve conservative header/loader frontiers and build an owned immutable filesystem/input interval with genuine parent launch and raw first-error retention. Pro's namespace proposal remains unreviewed and is excluded from this export. Complete original bounds, custody, admission and guarded funding are still required before target execution or C05/V03 credit.
