The reviewed readiness-metrics semantic head
387a447f856093d02116dfadcf2c4a4a63c6d3bais preserved unchanged in #158, but this PR's base branch #149 was later contaminated by an unrelated auth merge. #158 restores the intended stack on clean runner prerequisite #153 without transferring predecessor checks/reviews.
