Fleet security review — exact head 256b8b9f9688038d3c4732b68e23c29984bfb369.
RED: __proto__, constructor, prototype, mixed/lowercase, unknown severity, object/null/number 입력을 public scan-detail rendering 경계에 넣고 (1) 오직 CRITICAL/HIGH/WARNING/INFO own key만 허용되며 (2) 나머지는 var(--info) fallback을 사용하고 (3) Object.prototype 및 SEV의 own keys가 전후 동일하며 (4) 생성된 style 값에 inherited object/function coercion 결과가 들어가지 않는지 자동화된 regression으로 고정하세요.
GREEN: normalization과 authorization을 분리해 const severity = String(...).toUpperCase() 후 Object.hasOwn(SEV, severity) ?

Noema LLM review
The diff rejects prototype-chain lookups for inherited severity-map properties, with both static and runtime coverage.
Reviewed changed lines
.jules/sentinel.md:130 (RIGHT): The sentinel documents a prototype-chain lookup issue and the recommended hasOwnProperty guard, which is consistent with the code change..jules/sentinel.md:131 (RIGHT): The sentinel explanation correctly identifies that normalized severity names still need a prototype-safe lookup..jules/sentinel.md:132 (RIGHT): The prevention guidance is consistent with the implementation: use own-property presence before reading the severity color..jules/sentinel.md:133 (RIGHT): The fallback-to-INFO behavior and HTML escaping are both reflected in the updated console implementation.CHANGELOG.md:10 (RIGHT): The changelog entry documents the inherited-property rejection and the fallback behavior without overstating the fix.scanner/dashboard/console.html:80 (RIGHT): The SEV map remains a plain object and the new helper is placed alongside the existing severity map.scanner/dashboard/console.html:81 (RIGHT): Normalizing with toUpperCase() ensures severity lookup is case-insensitive while still allowing the guard to check own properties.scanner/dashboard/console.html:82 (RIGHT): The hasOwnProperty guard prevents inherited properties such as constructor, toString, and proto from being used as severity colors.scanner/dashboard/console.html:83 (RIGHT): Fallback to var(--info) for invalid or inherited severities maintains expected UI behavior without throwing or mutating prototypes.scanner/dashboard/console.html:162 (RIGHT): The call site uses the new severityColor() function, so untrusted severity values no longer reach direct SEV[...] lookups.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:40 (RIGHT): Security contract tests ensure inherited-name and prototype-chain lookups are covered without relying on a live Node runtime.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:64 (RIGHT): Runtime test inputs include proto, constructor, toString, and malformed values to exercise the fallback path.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:87 (RIGHT): The test asserts both the fallback colors and that the prototype remains unchanged, directly validating the security fix.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:3 (RIGHT): Imported json, re, shutil, subprocess, and pathlib support the runtime test without adding unused dependencies.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:4 (RIGHT): The import block is minimal and consistent with the rest of the test file.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:5 (RIGHT): pytest is used for test collection and skip conditions, consistent with the existing test layout.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:9 (RIGHT): CONSOLE_PATH is derived from the test file location, ensuring the test reads the same console.html that ships with the repo.scanner/dashboard/console.html:158 (LEFT): The removed line used a direct SEV[...] lookup that could inherit properties from Object.prototype.scanner/dashboard/console.html:162 (RIGHT): The updated line confirms the detail panel calls severityColor() and keeps the visible severity value escaped.scanner/dashboard/console.html:80 (RIGHT): The new helper is named clearly and avoids relying on hasOwnProperty from an object that could be tampered with.
Adversarial validation
scanner/dashboard/console.html:82 (RIGHT)falsified: severityColor might still fall back to SEV[severity] when hasOwnProperty is not called. — The direct object access happens only after an own-property check, so the color lookup cannot reach Object.prototype.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:87 (RIGHT)falsified: The runtime test might pass even if inherited properties are used. — The runtime test directly executes the shipped severityColor function with those keys and checks both the returned colors and prototype integrity.tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:87 (RIGHT)falsified: The test might depend on a non-shipped, modified copy of the JavaScript. — The assertions are on the same CONSOLE_PATH file that is served by the control-plane console, so the tested code is the packaged artifact.- Residual risk: The remaining prototype-related risk is limited to the displayed text being escaped through
esc(f.severity), which is already present in the changed line.
Findings
- [high] scanner/dashboard/console.html:82 (RIGHT): The new function severityColor properly guards inherited keys. No independent flaw found. The previous direct lookup site at console.html:162 has been replaced.
- [medium] .jules/sentinel.md:130 (RIGHT): Documentation entry is consistent with the code change and describes both the vulnerability and the fix. No blocking issue.
- [medium] tests/test_console_dashboard_security.py:87 (RIGHT): The regression test covers the prototype-chain risk and the runtime fallback. The tests are specific enough to fail if the production code regresses.
- [low] CHANGELOG.md:10 (RIGHT): Changelog documents the security change. No behavioral regression found.

Extend the existing own-property severity boundary to the static dashboard. Add a Node-backed regression covering inherited and unknown keys, while preserving escaped visible severity text.
Preserve the valid unique delta from #1420 in the canonical #1260 writer: inherited and unknown severity names already fall back to INFO for color/count display, and now use the same boundary for filtering and ordering. RED reproduced INFO-filter omission and pre-CRITICAL ordering; GREEN is covered by the executable Node regression.

그 뒤removesuffix(")")와removesuffix(");")로 끝 문자를 제거합니다.
Also applies to: 181-182

Current exact authority — dashboard severity/category boundary

Root cause. Dashboard code used untrusted severity/category strings as keys on ordinary JavaScript objects, so prototype-chain names could resolve inherited values rather than fixed severity entries or numeric category counters. The display boundary also normalized unknown severities inconsistently: colors/counts treated them as INFO, while filtering omitted them from INFO and ordering placed them before CRITICAL. The reproduction establishes prototype-chain lookup/collision and inconsistent severity semantics; it does not establish prototype mutation, prototype pollution, or DOM XSS.
Preconditions. An untrusted finding reaches the standalone console or static dashboard with a severity/category such as
constructor,toString,__proto__, or another unknown value.Observable RED.
146cc63d…, the INFO filter returned onlyINFOinstead ofINFO,constructor, andunknown; unknown names also sorted ahead of CRITICAL.Object.prototyperemained unchanged, disproving a prototype-mutation claim for this path.Minimal repair
severityKeyboundary normalizes severity and admits only own properties of the fixedSEVmap; everything else falls back to INFO.The current head preserves the only valid unique delta from #1420 (consistent INFO filtering/ordering). #1414 and #1418 add no stronger executable behavior; their null-prototype/coercion variants are weaker than this boundary and #1314's scalar/identifier contract.
