The original simple-peer library does not allow re-adding a removed peer. It throws a "Track has been removed. You should enable/disable tracks that you want to re-add." It's a nudge for developers but in specific scenarios, it can be more of a problem than a helper. We remove this nudge and allow readding removed streams/tracks.
