useTemporaryAppRoots() and useTemporaryDirectories() each owned the same temporary-directory lifecycle: create with mkdtemp(), track the path, register afterEach(), and remove every path recursively. The app-root helper duplicated 16 lines of that lifecycle.

Hypothesis

Because app roots are temporary directories with extra fixture setup, creating them through useTemporaryDirectories() should preserve their paths and cleanup behavior while leaving one owner for temporary-directory lifecycle code.

Data flow

Before:

useTemporaryAppRoots -> mkdtemp -> private path list -> private afterEach cleanup
useTemporaryDirectories -> mkdtemp -> private path list -> private afterEach cleanup

After:

useTemporaryAppRoots -> useTemporaryDirectories -> app fixture setup
                                           -> shared afterEach cleanup

The refactor removes 16 net lines. The app-root factory still returns the same appRoot and nested agentRoot, and cleanup still uses recursive forced removal without failing the test on cleanup errors.
