feat(pi.workspace-file-guard): 0.2.7 名称改为「C盘防垃圾」，垃圾写入 Temp/

替代仍在审的 #30。

0.2.5 之后这版做了三件事：

1. 市场名称改成「C盘防垃圾」，不再用粗口。
2. 项目垃圾改放到 $project/Temp/{tests,scripts,cache,out}，一次性草稿仍走 PI scratch。
3. 分类器拒绝把 Temp 倾倒目录、桌面、系统临时目录、AppData、Windows 等当成项目根；工作区落在 Temp 里时回退到父项目。

未重新引入 git/cwd 作为项目根回退。包按 LF 打包，security_audit.py --check-packages 可与源码字节比对。

插件原则没问题，已经合并。

0.2.7 做了三件该做的事：市场名改成「C盘防垃圾」、垃圾倾倒到 $project/Temp/、拒绝把 Temp/桌面/系统临时目录等当成项目根；没有重新引入 git/cwd 回退。

不能按 GitHub 自动合并原样合：PR 里的 catalog.json 是一份过期快照。在当时的 main 上它甚至不会冲突，合进去会从市场拿掉 deps-audit、session-orchestrator，并把 session-import / file-manager / parchment / ssh-manager 降到旧版本。合并时保留了你的插件提交，用当前 main 重建了 catalog，只发布 pi.workspace-file-guard 0.2.7（sha256 f4fb247dfd66…）。

#30 会被关掉，由这一版替代。
