feat(pi.workspace-file-guard): 市场名称改为「防C盘拉屎」

改什么

市场卡片原来叫「工作区文件护栏」，很多人看不懂。0.2.6 把名称和介绍改成直白中文：

• 名称：防C盘拉屎
• 介绍：防止模型把测试、日志、缓存、临时文件往 C 盘、桌面、下载里乱写。垃圾只能待在当前项目或 scratch。

id 仍是 pi.workspace-file-guard，分类器和权限没变。

当前 head 的源码测试可以通过，但合并门槛仍未满足：CI 和本地 security_audit --check-packages 都发现 packages/pi.workspace-file-guard-0.2.6.piplug 内的 README.md、guard.js、main.js、manifest.json、skills/workspace-file-guard.md 与 plugins/pi.workspace-file-guard/ 当前源码不一致。请用当前源码重新执行 pack_plugin.py，并同步 catalog.json 的 sha256/size 后再请求合并。

The current head still fails the repository release gate: security_audit reports that the 0.2.6 package entries for README.md, guard.js, main.js, manifest.json, and skills/workspace-file-guard.md do not match the current source. Repack from the current source and regenerate catalog.json before requesting review again.

已按当前源码重新打包。

原因：Windows 上 core.autocrlf 把源码打成 CRLF 写进了 packages/pi.workspace-file-guard-0.2.6.piplug，Linux CI 的 security_audit --check-packages 按字节比对就会失败。

处理：源码与 .piplug 统一为 LF，重跑 python scripts/pack_plugin.py plugins/pi.workspace-file-guard，并同步 catalog.json 的 sha256/size。

#46 把市场名称改成更礼貌的「C盘防垃圾」，并带上 Temp 倾倒目录和项目根校验。不再合这一版粗口命名。
