Preview the next stable line so testers can read what changed without a network fetch. The catalogued version stays 0.21.0: the runbook keeps pre-release identifiers out of the in-app changelog. The checklist highlight follows the dock's new presentation. The working step now carries a light sweep across its own text, and finished rows read as plain struck-through lines instead of bordered status squares. Version surfaces bumped together: workspace and package manifests, Cargo workspace version with its lockfile, and APP_VERSION.

Why
Publish a new preview build for the 0.21.x line, carrying the TodoDock
presentation change (#1729).
What changed
0.21.0-beta.3: workspace and packagemanifests (including
docs),Cargo.toml[workspace.package]with itslockfile entry, and
APP_VERSION. The bundled models.dev snapshot wasrefreshed by
scripts/release.mjsas part of the bump.pre-release identifiers out of the in-app changelog, so the catalogued version
stays
0.21.0and the entry is extended: 14 → 15 highlights inen,zh-CN,zh-TW,de,es,fr,ko,tr, andpt-BR. The new line describes thedock's new presentation — the running step carries a light sweep across its own

Verification
node scripts/check-release-docs.mjs 0.21.0— passes. Run against the stableversion per the runbook, because
release.mjsskips that preflight forx.y.z-beta.*.vitest runinpackages/shared— 98/98 test files pass, including thechangelog catalog alignment (version sets and highlight counts across locales).
