Adds
plugin/.claude-plugin/icon.svg, the 240px tlgr logo (assets/brand/logo-240.png) wrapped in a square SVG. Anthropic's directory validation warned "No icon" and auto-detects this path; without it the listing shows no logo. 58 KB, under the directory's 256 KiB limit for non-image files.
