Follow-up to #34. The directory's validator rejected
icon.svg("Icon file is not a usable SVG/PNG"): an SVG may not reference anything outside itself, and a base64 PNG in an<image href>counts. This replaces it with the 240px logo asplugin/.claude-plugin/icon.pngand names it inplugin.json("icon": "./.claude-plugin/icon.png"), which the validator asks for. Claude Code 2.1.220's localclaude plugin validatewarns thaticonis an unknown field and ignores it at load time, so installs are unaffected.
