Version bump for the changes merged in #33, which are on main but not on npm — the registry still serves 1.12.2.

Minor, not patch, because #33 adds a tool (list_filings). Consumers pinned to ~1.12.2 should opt into a new tool rather than silently gain one, and the documented tool count moves 34 → 35.

What reaches users on publish

  • list_filings — wraps GET /v1/filings, which shipped in insiderapi #206 on 2026-08-04 and has had no MCP tool for eight days.
  • The House-only coverage note on the congress tool and the chamber param. This is the one worth shipping promptly: an assistant reading the old description filters by Senate, receives an empty array, and tells its user "no Senate trades found" — stating as fact something that is an artifact of our ingestion, not of Congress.

Verification

Packed the tarball and inspected it before publishing rather than trusting the build:

  • dist/tools/_generated.js contains list_filings ✅
  • dist/tools/_generated.js contains the HOUSE ONLY TODAY note ✅
  • packed package.json reads 1.13.0 ✅
  • npm test 65/65, generated-path tests 3/3, tsc clean

codegen:check reports DRIFT locally, but the diff body it prints is empty and git diff --ignore-cr-at-eol shows nothing — the known Windows CRLF false-positive, not real drift. Linux CI is the source of truth here.

You have reached your Codex usage limits for code reviews. You can see your limits in the Codex usage dashboard.

Adds a tool, so this is a minor rather than a patch: list_filings wraps
GET /v1/filings, which shipped in the backend on 2026-08-04 and had no
MCP tool for eight days.

Also carries the House-only coverage note into the congress tool and the
chamber param. That is the change worth shipping promptly. An assistant
reading the old description filters by Senate, receives an empty array,
and tells its user "no Senate trades found" -- stating as fact something
that is an artifact of our ingestion, not of Congress.

Tool count 34 -> 35, free tools 21 -> 22.

Follows the release checklist at the top of CHANGELOG.md: server.json
carries its own version, and the MCP registry reads THAT rather than
package.json, so both its top-level version and packages[0].version are
bumped along with the tool count in its description. Missing that fails
the registry publish with "cannot publish duplicate version".

Verified in the packed tarball before publishing: dist carries
list_filings and the HOUSE ONLY TODAY note, and package.json reads
1.13.0.
