AreaVisualData is the entity that carries the purely visual, non-gameplay content of an area: particle effects, audio emitters, map markers, loot objects and force shields. It has no commands, only server sent events, and they arrive on several different views of the same entity.
- On the AreaVisualData LootObjectView.
- Sent to everyone who can see a piece of loot when it is picked up, so their client can remove it.
- Contents: a
uint32loot index and two entity ids, the looter and what it was looted into. Which of the two ids is which has not been confirmed. - Triggered by a client sending CollectLoot. The near identical LootStoreExtension message is sent for the same event on the other view.
- On the AreaVisualData ObserverView.
- Contents: an
int64, aVector3that is presumably the position, and aushortthat is either a short time or an audio id.
- On the AreaVisualData ForceShieldView, despite the name.
- Carries a single particle effect struct.
