What changed, and why
Moves this repo's github-actions and npm Dependabot updates from weekly to monthly and caps open PRs at 3. Every update run and every rebase of an open PR is a billed Actions run, and the private consumers are close to the 2,000-minute free limit (see studiobimo/bimo-mod#64). This repo is public, so this one is for consistency with the template. Security updates ignore
schedule; cooldown stays at 7 days.How it was tested
mise exec -- zizmor .github/dependabot.ymlreports no findings, including the cooldown audit, and prettier is clean. No cross-repo behaviour changes.Checklist
