• bump the plugin to IntelliJ IDEA 2026.1 / build line 261 and pin the matching Ruby plugin version from JetBrains Marketplace
• update build tooling dependencies, including IntelliJ Platform Gradle Plugin 2.13.1 after checking its release notes and refresh the Qodana action
• add a repo-level CLAUDE.md guide for future Claude Code sessions
