Small follow-up to #209.
Make VerificationResult construction private and remove Default/public mutable fields. Accessors distinguish certificate, SCT, log inclusion and identity-policy checks, and expose only authenticated timestamps. Remove the unused warnings list; examples report verification evidence instead.
Validation: verifier tests, compile-fail constructor checks and strict workspace Clippy passed. Regressions cover relaxed certificate/SCT/tlog policies, signer mismatch and managed-key evidence.
