Update the drift-gate pin and the operational docs (AGENTS.md, README.md, plans.md) that state the required XcodeGen version. Regenerating with 2.46.0 produces a byte-identical HexWire.xcodeproj, so no project change is needed and the drift gate stays green. Historical evidence in docs/audit/ is left as-is — it records the version in use at the time each report was written. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.8 <noreply@anthropic.com>
