A standalone summary of the project state after PRs #4-#11 to share with an external mentor for direction advice. Contains: - Recent PR list - 12-planner sweep result (full + hard half + Hybrid A* matrix) - Architecture sketch (planner_kind=0..6) - Seven candidate next-step directions with tradeoffs - Four specific consultation questions Placed under docs/ so it persists across builds (the earlier draft landed in build/ which is .gitignore'd). Can be removed after the consultation cycle if no longer useful.
