Make the network fixture reject the fetch promise.

Response.error() is a resolved Response with ok === false. Each page therefore enters its !res.ok response-error branch instead of testing a rejected fetchWithCsrf promise. The existing dashboard-load-errors.test.tsx cases cover the same pages, but also use resolved Response.error(), so they do not cover this rejection path.

Review comment at @frontend/src/__tests__/pages/sel615-beta-unavailable.test.tsx
at line 51:
Update the fetchMock fixture in the sel615 beta-unavailable test to reject the
fetch promise with a TypeError instead of resolving to Response.error(); make
the corresponding fixture change in the dashboard-load-errors tests so both
suites exercise the rejected-fetch path.

Reject a successful settings response without a usable profile.

If the GET returns null or omits profile, TanStack Query marks it successful. settingsLoaded then enables Save, while the hydration effect leaves the blank/default profile state unchanged. Save sends that state to the profile PUT.

Validate the response before returning it:

Suggested fix
-            return res.json();
+            const data = await res.json() as SettingsResponse | null;

+                throw new Error('Settings response did not include a profile');
+            }

Review comment at @frontend/src/app/dashboard/settings/page.tsx at line 242:
Validate the settings GET response before returning it to TanStack Query: reject
null data or data without a usable profile so it cannot mark settings as
successfully loaded or allow Save to submit the default profile state. Keep the
existing settings hydration and Save behavior unchanged for valid responses.
