Move the job-state reset until API-key storage succeeds.

prepareSubmit clears jobId before storeApiKey runs. If the save fails, the function returns false, so no new request starts. The running job's polling stops, and its job badge and status are hidden. Keep the job state until the save succeeds, so a failed save leaves the active job visible.

Review comment at @frontend/src/app/ingest/page.tsx at line 221:
Update prepareSubmit so jobId, jobStatus, and statusError are reset only after
storeApiKey succeeds; if key storage fails, preserve the active job state while
retaining the existing clearing of prior upload results and errors.

URL error skips load-error class

Low Severity

The new urlError state is shown in the Ingestion Failed callout, but PageContainer still omits it from the workspace-load-error condition. A URL-tab API-key save failure therefore leaves the healthy workspace status badge visible, unlike the file and EPCIS tabs.

Trivial · Performance & Scalability · Quick win

Use a Set to deduplicate event messages.

For a large rejected batch, messages.includes(message) scans the growing array for every error. This makes extraction quadratic before the page can display the errors. Track seen messages in a Set and keep the array to preserve display order.

🧰 Tools
🪛 React Doctor (0.9.17)

[warning] 130-130: This scales poorly because array.includes() inside a loop scans the whole list every time. Use a Set for constant-time lookups.

Use a Set or Map when you check for the same items over and over. Array.includes/find scans the whole list each time

Update the event-message deduplication around `messages` to track seen messages
with a `Set` instead of scanning the growing array with `includes`; continue
appending each unique message to the array so display order is preserved.
