Runtime run40080852180 built the patched binary but the ARM fixture exited before the exec regression: outer smoke containers used private cgroup namespaces, unlike production System (--cgroupns=host). Use the production host namespace for both disposable outer runtimes, so inner --cgroupns=host paths match their cgroup mounts. Include inner fixture stdout/stderr when readiness fails. Local disposable namespace probes and original/fixed exec comparison pass; generation/lint/TypeScript and diff-check pass. Required before rerunning dual-native runtime publication.
