Pin System/workspace to verified runtime sha256:7ccb0ce9fb643060ef1eb54162f7e42db000f8c7b0a7f716d8ce684369899018 and bump v0.4.7. Runtime run40082057502 passed AMD64+ARM64 builds, shipped Go1.26.10 metadata checks, cgroup exec fallback regression and EROFS cache/build/restart smoke tests. Fix #11 and fixture parity #12 merged after full CI. Exact patched binary repaired all five local workspace namespaces; original baseline fails. Local release-tool/repository-builder tests, generation/lint/TypeScript pass. Tagged full native gates still required. Publish latest only, leave stable unchanged; user separately authorised supported paired local upgrade after publication, with no new backups. Preserve saved parked intent/data/limits.
