Aligns Bluefin's optional AI tools bundle with the Agent Mode product contract (see #1164).

Changes

• Removes ramalama from ai-tools.Brewfile. RamaLama is retired; the local-inference runtime role now belongs to llmman. The bundle is opt-in (ujust install-ai-tools), so this is inventory cleanup for new installs only — existing users' RamaLama is neither uninstalled nor migrated.
• Keeps llmmanorg/tap/llmman, ublue-os/tap/linux-mcp-server, ublue-os/tap/goose-linux, and ai.jan.Jan.
• Adds tests/test_ai_tools_brewfile.bats asserting the required Agent Mode inventory in both directions (llmman, linux-mcp-server, Goose and Jan present; RamaLama absent) and registers the suite in the just test recipe.

Deferred

• The packaged Oh My Pi formula is added only after ublue-os/homebrew-tap#686 lands; the brew line and its test assertion follow in the same change.

This PR removes brew "ramalama" from ai-tools.Brewfile and adds tests/test_ai_tools_brewfile.bats. The Brewfile change is right, and the test catches what it claims to. It passes as is (6/6). It fails if brew "ramalama" comes back, and it also fails if the llmman line is removed. Locally, test_validate_brewfiles.bats (13) and test_ujust.bats (12) pass too.

One thing to fix before merge: the body says Closes #1164, but the first acceptance item in #1164 is the packaged Oh My Pi formula. This PR puts that off until ublue-os/homebrew-tap#686 lands, so merging it would close #1164 with that item still open. Could this use Refs #1164 instead?

Two smaller things. Either could be a follow-up:

• Align the Bluefin AI tools bundle with Agent Mode #1164 also wants RamaLama gone from the current Agent Mode docs. specs/00-bluespeed-specification.md still calls RamaLama the LLM runtime and says "Bluefin images include ramalama today". ujust bluespeed installs this same Brewfile, so if that spec counts as current docs, it's now wrong.
• The test checks that the required tools are there and that RamaLama isn't. A newly added package wouldn't fail it, though, and Align the Bluefin AI tools bundle with Agent Mode #1164 asks for "both directions so additions/removals cannot silently drift". Comparing the whole Brewfile against an expected list would cover that.

Dropping RamaLama from the AI tools bundle is correct. Minor: tests/test_ai_tools_brewfile.bats is registered in the Justfile but not in .github/workflows/unit-tests.yml, so CI never runs it. Please add a step in a follow-up, or have #1249 pick it up.
