Adds a real-Positron integration test alongside the existing mocked VS Code suite.
src/test/positron/boots a downloaded Positron build (via@posit-dev/positron-test-electron) and checks the extension activates and the live Positron API is reachable. Run locally withnpm run test-positron; CI runs it on PRs and pushes tomainvia theposit-dev/setup-positron action.
