Refresh Cargo.lock to the latest within-range crate versions (cargo update): aws-sdk-* patches, hyper 1.9→1.10, reqwest 0.13.3→0.13.4, chrono, regex, serde_with 3.20→3.21, wasm-bindgen 0.2.122→0.2.123, zerocopy, and other transitive bumps. No Cargo.toml changes — all within existing caret ranges. cargo build passes locally (clean); CI runs clippy --release -D warnings + test --release.

Backend's GitHub Actions are already current (checkout@v6, login@v4, buildx@v4, build-push@v7), so no Actions changes here.

⚠️ Follow-up flag (not changed in this PR)

build.yml uses ShubhamTatvamasi/free-disk-space-action@master — an unpinned @master third-party action, which is a supply-chain risk. It should be pinned to a release tag or commit SHA. I left it as-is here because the GitHub API rate limit blocked me from resolving the exact current SHA; happy to follow up with the pin (behavior-preserving) in a separate PR.

Part of the pre-release dependency refresh ahead of the next beta.
