Make vaccine mismatches easy to find with a summary shortcut, visible Top mismatches / Any window controls, gene jump links, and compact per-region mismatch counts. Top mismatches retain the existing primary-window definition; diagnostic alternatives remain separate and do not change recovery scoring.
Render target amino acids as bold blue letters instead of underlines. A target residue that also differs from a vaccine peptide keeps blue text in a rose box. Frameshift tails use lighter-weight blue text; uncertain target locations retain dotted outlines. Update the legend, reading key, and README.
Validation: all 52 JavaScript tests and the site build pass. DOM checks verify the two primary mismatch targets, 18 diagnostic mismatch targets, jump links, combined search/sample filters, shortcut reset, combined mutation/mismatch marks, and removal of mutation underlines. The primary score remains 17/36. Browser screenshot verification was unavailable because this session had no connected browser surface.
