The recorded CD109, PTH1R and CUL9 vaccine peptides end in KKK, which may be a CS Bio solubility addition. Show these three suspected tags in purple with dotted edging so they are visually distinct from biological sequence disagreements. Tooltips explicitly say unconfirmed and retain residue-level mismatch details when a reconstruction window is selected.
The annotation is restricted to the three recorded JLF peptide sequences; arbitrary lysine runs and mRNA-only references are not marked. Full recorded sequences, containment scoring and reconstruction mismatch highlighting remain unchanged.
Validation: all 47 JavaScript tests pass, the site builds, and browser checks confirm the three tagged peptides and CD109 window switching preserve the annotation and mismatch tooltips.
