Dependencies, test platform and documentation. No behaviour change: all 13 corpus documents
convert byte-identically, confirmed across four full runs. The shipped dependency does move, so
this is not a no-op release.

What's in it

• PhoenixmlDb.Xslt 2.4.1 → 2.5.1, taken for phoenixmldb-xslt#199 rather than for speed.
  That defect — the recursion ceiling 2.4.1's hotfix introduced and miscounted — is fixed, which
  retires a risk 0.2.4's changelog could only argue around. Performance is neutral: 1.0% over
  the corpus, which is noise. An earlier measurement appeared to show 37% and was wrong; the
  correction is recorded in the changelog so nobody re-derives it.
• xunit.v3 3.2.2 → 4.0.1 and the move to Microsoft.Testing.Platform. A run that executes no
  tests now exits 8 instead of passing green.
• Six regression tests for the inline transparent wrappers, fixed since v0.1.0 and pinned
  by nothing through eight releases.
• Two limitations that said Status: open for defects fixed on 2026-09-08. That file is
  docmd's public account of what it cannot do, and it was wrong in the direction that costs
  credibility.
• Three defects that are still real, filed with reproducing fixtures as A non-numeric w:ilvl aborts the whole conversion instead of degrading #37, Four or more leading tabs silently turn a paragraph into a code block #38 and An interrupted ordered list restarts at 1. instead of continuing #39.

One note for this release specifically

actions/upload-artifact went 4 → 7 in release.yml, and that step runs only on a tagged
release. ci.yml never executes it, so its green CI proves the workflow parses, not that the
upload works. This tag is the first time that path actually runs.

The lock files were also regenerated for the new version — which is the staleness this release
documents. src/Docmd.Cli/packages.lock.json had recorded the project reference at 0.2.4, and
--locked-mode does not validate that field. Fixed in the same commit that would otherwise have
recreated it.
