branch and history remain preserved. Correction47 reconciles these existing own
delivery surfaces only; EP **2.3.119** and all193 production bytes remain unchanged.
Counters are47 corrections /23 full cycles /19 installed attempts, with no
administrative maximum or reset; other operational budgets remain unchanged.
