Scope
Record the terminal, exact-source 2.3.106 release receipt, independent PyPI wheel digest readback and the publication boundary for the r27 non-root runtime correction. Reconcile the existing 2.3.105 qualification and OI-2/OI-5 roadmap text with that release without claiming a native result before it exists.

Independent direct PyPI download matched the wheel receipt. Fresh noneditable Python 3.14 installation reported 2.3.106 from site-packages.Native published-wheel result and limits
The actual PyPI wheel was run under UID/GID 20000 with Python 3.14.7 outside the checkout. The foreground/API runner reported
PASS_WITH_DECLARED_LIMITS: live executable/process and HTTP identity, observed exact wheel digest, authenticated scoped API identity, expected negative auth/scope/instance cases, A/B logical separation, synthetic cross-UID denial, immutable installed package, HOME isolation, missing providers UNAVAILABLE and normal restart. The adapted lifecycle runner reportedPASS_ADAPTED_LIFECYCLE_WITH_REAL_INITIAL_SERVER. Its inherited working directory was an assignment-owned inaccessible0700directory; the runner assertedos.getcwd()raisedPermissionErrorbefore the product installed the runtime slot. Preserve kept identity/data; restore stayed inactive and required provider reverification. No launchd, reboot, live provider-login or full installer PASS is claimed. Exact test children were stopped; independent process/listener check found none. Extraction baseline audit and diff check passed. Final exact-head protected checks are required before merge.
