Large portable audit exports can require another full allocation of their inputs before packing an archive. Add explicit copy_method="clone" to AuditBundle.create and bundle_sid_audit, with --copy-method clone on both CLI creation commands. Native macOS/Linux clones retain independent files and byte verification; unsupported cloning fails without allocating a fallback copy. The default remains ordinary copying.

Add API and CLI logical payload estimates before allocation. Document filesystem overhead, archive space and clone limitations. Preserve portable manifest/archive semantics and cleanup after failed copies.

Validation: ./lint.sh; ./test.sh (5,864 passed on the combined branch); dependency checks; real native-clone independence and archive restoration; unsupported-filesystem cleanup and corrupted-copy rejection; installed 1.48.0 CLI create/estimate/pack/unpack; complete selected frozen SV replay with networking blocked and an explicitly recorded software change.

Version 1.48.0. Builds on the recovery publication in #460, which ships first.

Fixes #461.
