The original Sid SV pilot left 44 selected views unassessable after acquisition failures. This acquires all 22 selected input subsets, publishes 42 completed reconstructions, and retains the two unresolved ONT IGKC outcomes with unknown support: a timeout and an interrupted scan. Follow-up #470 tracks their completion.
Publish the expanded 55-event report with all 100 selected SV outcomes, exact sequences, transcript anatomy, original evidence and separate support definitions. Keep immutable coverage snapshots, original failures and producing requests. Distinguish the 400 observed pilot views from the larger expected catalogue denominator. Mixed-checkout recovery fails before acquisition.
The portable export preserves 722 files, 44 outcomes and 42 executable replay plans. Verify every archived payload byte, restore a complete selected view through the installed CLI, and reproduce its full result offline with both the frozen development wheel and the 1.47.1 release wheel. The latter explicitly records the software change. RNA hypotheses do not establish translation or antigen presentation; this selected recovery does not complete the full catalogue.
