Applied `org.openrewrite.java.recipes.InlineNestedVisitorClass`, which now hoists the visitor's `private static final` constants onto the recipe class.

getVisitor()#1026. TheInlineNestedVisitorClassrecipe now hoists a nested visitor'sprivate static finalconstants onto the recipe class, soUseStringReplace— previously skipped because an anonymous class cannot declare them — folds in too.Beyond moving the four constants and the class declaration itself the diff is a pure re-indent;
./gradlew buildpasses.
