Thanks for the updates.
I reviewed the schema changes around PET atlas handling.
New schema.json looks great after I run bst -v export --schema src/schema --output src/schema.json from your new branch repo! Using the new schema.json, the validator passed passed the mean maps if they had the pet suffix (changed mimap to pet in my previously emailed zip files) ! I also tested our Neuromark pet template that also passed with the pet suffix. -Cyrus
