feat: add cold-start launch materials hub

功能点

• 新增 /product/cold-start-launch-materials 产品落地页，聚焦 QuickFork 的完整价值单位：从一个 public GitHub repo URL 生成 source-backed README、social、deck、visual、outreach launch materials。
• 在 src/marketing/link-catalog.ts 和 docs/marketing/data/semantic-link-inventory.csv 加入 published semantic route，保持 UTM、CRM campaign、canonical URL 和 CTA 可追踪。
• 在 src/marketing/page-content.ts 加入专用页面 narrative：定义块、目标用户、JTBD、证据边界、benefits、workflow、FAQ、source notes 和 last-updated。
• 将新页面加入 public/sitemap.xml 和 public/llms.txt，并通过 src/seo/public-growth.test.ts 锁定 SEO/GEO public discovery contract。
• 新增 active experiment：2026_q2_cold_start_materials_intent_validation，对比 /product/github-repo-to-launch-package 与 /product/cold-start-launch-materials。
• 新增 Search Console / AI-answer baseline rows：cold_start_materials_control 与 cold_start_materials_variant，覆盖 Google Search Console、ChatGPT search、Perplexity、Google AI Overview、Gemini、Claude。
• 新增增长研究 handoff 和 Superpowers 实施计划，更新生命周期计划；Obsidian 策略镜像也已本地更新。

增长假设

如果 QuickFork 发布 cold start launch materials 产品 hub，AI project builders、open-source maintainers、indie technical founders 和 DevRel teams 会更清楚 QuickFork 的完整产品承诺：不是单点 README/banner 生成，而是从 repo evidence 生成可审阅的 launch package。

验证

• RED tests 先失败，确认缺失 route、catalog、public assets、experiment、baseline rows。
• npm test -- src/App.test.tsx src/seo/semantic-links.test.ts: 2 files passed, 37 tests passed。
• npm test -- src/seo/public-growth.test.ts: 1 file passed, 6 tests passed。
• npm test -- src/marketing/growth-experiments.test.ts src/marketing/search-ai-baseline.test.ts src/marketing/growth-experiment-report.test.ts: 3 files passed, 20 tests passed。
• npm test: 24 files passed, 158 tests passed。
• npm run build: passed。
• git diff --check: passed。

证据边界

这次变更让页面和实验可验证，但不声明需求已经验证、搜索/AI visibility 已经获得、pricing 已经成立，或任何业务/launch outcome 已经发生。下一步需要生产 smoke、14 天 GA4/CTA/generation 窗口、Search Console baseline 和 AI-answer audit。
