Hand-written static site. No framework, no build step, no bundler: 18 HTML pages, one stylesheet, one 4 KB script. It is deployed to Vercel exactly as it sits in this repository.

Why it is built this way

A portfolio whose job is to show craft should not need 40 MB of node_modules to render a paragraph. Every decision here is a constraint I set and then held:

• No build step. What you read in index.html is what the browser receives.
• Nothing loads until it is needed. Videos are preload="none" with a poster and get their src bound by an IntersectionObserver in assets/js/site.js. The home page is ~240 ms to load on a 375 px viewport.
• No layout shift. Every <img> carries width/height and an alt.
• Motion is opt-out-able. Scroll reveals respect prefers-reduced-motion.
• Two languages, kept in sync. Turkish under /, English under /en/, with hreflang pairs and per-page canonical.

The work it links to

The case studies describe seven live builds, each deployed on its own domain — 3D product launches, an infrastructure decision system, data visualisation and short-form motion. Those projects' source code is not in this repository. Several of them are commercial template packages with their own licensing and distribution terms, so only the case studies and the live demos are public.

Every fictional brand in the portfolio (ARQEN, NALYTH, VELORREN, KESİT, EŞİK, TAVRA) is credited as fictional on its own case page. No real client, brand, or clinical/engineering performance claim is presented as real.

Running it

There is nothing to install.

How it is built

I work with an AI-assisted development workflow. Direction, design decisions, acceptance criteria and quality control are mine; acceptance is done by measurement — screenshots, pixel measurement, overflow and contrast checks — not by eye.
